The Web Analyst will be responsible for the following three, world-wide functions:

• Online data collection, analysis, segmentation and metrics reporting for digital platforms and programs, including: web sites (IG, competitive, video-sharing); social media; online advertising; pay- per- click/SEM; blogs, forums, podcasts; and mobile marketing efforts.
• Continuous improvement of SEO, as well as the facilitation of SEO education & guidance throughout the company.
• Synthesizing findings from analyses completed for digital platforms with existing information gathered from online marketing programs (e.g., email campaigns, web seminars, downloads) to formulate actionable recommendations that will result in improving /driving traffic, leads, revenue and visitor experience.

Essential Duties:
• Daily management of pay-per-click program (including online spend and advertising effectiveness).
• Hands-on information gathering using various analytic and measurement tools and other data sources that address: Clickstream, competitor activities, link building, behavioral targeting, social monitoring and testing, e.g. CoreMetrics, Omniture Google Analytics, Web Trends , Quantcast, Twittercount , Technorati, Google Website optimizer for A/B testing.
• Creation of online marketing dashboards that depict key metrics related to traffic information, conversion rates, online customer behavior / experience, etc.
• Scheduled communication with content contributors (bloggers, tweeps, authors, presenters, PR, etc.) for the purpose of SEO education and guidance.
• Collaboration with the website technology and user experience teams to recommend digital platform enhancements (in accordance with findings, as well as best practices). Collaboration with database teams to identify gaps in data capture and recommend process improvements.

The Web Analyst will rely on their B2B online marketing experience to analyze our digital platforms and programs, continuously improve SEO, and provide insight for improving traffic, leads, revenue and visitor experience. The role interfaces with the website technology, user experience, database and online program teams. Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility is monitoring and continuously improving the business performance of our digital platforms—including online marketing programs. Specific responsibilities include: (1). Collect, analyze, segment; identify metrics; and build reports that rely on popular analytic tools and services. (2). Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to improve SEO, web site popularity, trust and authority.
• Strong ability to interpret data and transform information into meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Organized thinker, fascinated by how & why things work, and curious about how people behave.
• Knowledge of how web sites are built and managed, and familiarity with HTML, Java Script (for placement of tracking tags), and SQL (for data collection).

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and report to our Senior Marketing Manager. Responsibilities:

• Participates in weekly sales meetings to communicate and coordinate campaign/program efforts; and gathers feedback for dissemination to other departments.

• Updates the Marketing Calendar to ensure coordination of efforts/resources with other departments.

Global Technology

Reporting from the Learning Management System and other data sources, including data analysis where appropriate
Dealing with ad hoc day-to-day training enquiries relating to technology L&D
Evaluating training need demand to ensure courses on offer meet the business goals of the organisation.
Accountable for IT technical core curriculum administration and roll-out in the Americas

I am searching for 1 Project Manager and 2 Business System's Analysts for a
very successful energy software firm based out of Northern VA/DC Area.

PM - Up to $125K+ Base + Bonus + Benefits - Travel up to around 40%

BSA - Up to $95K+ Base + Bonus + Benefits - Travel up to around 40%

PM Key Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience managing the implementation of complex
software applications within the energy industry is required.

· Experience working for either another commercial software firm, a
major consulting firm, or within the energy/utility industry providing
Project Management services is required.

· PMI Certification or the ability to obtain certification within 6
months.

· Bachelor's degree required - advanced degree preferred.

BSA Key Requirements:

· A Bachelors - Masters degree a plus.

· 2 years of Business System's Analysis/software implementation
experience working for either another commercial software firm, a consulting
firm, or within the energy/utility industry is required.

Position Summary:

The Equity Trading team is seeking a senior software engineer to be an
integral member of the development team responsible for developing the Firm'
s next generation Equity Trading System.

Key Responsibilities;

As a senior member of this team, the individual will have the following
responsibilities:

· Technical design, implementation, deployment, and support of the
Equity Trading systems
· Partner with Business Analysts to review and implement business
requirements
· Partner with Project Managers, Technical and QA Leads on
estimates, statuses, identify issues and raise risks
· Stay current with evolving Trading industry and technical trends
to ensure systems and team are of highest caliber

Keys to this Position:

1. This is a strong hands-on client side developer with Microsoft
technologies.
2. Technical requirement: .Net version 3.5 or greater, C#, GUI client
application developer (not web developer). WPF, WCF, Winforms is a plus.
We are looking for a GUI application developer, not a website developer.
3. Financial Services, Trading Systems, or similar experience is a big
plus.
4. Must come out of an environment that has similar complexities to
building trading systems applications. High volume – Complex – Mission
Critical
5. You are looking for the ability to grow and take on complicated tasks

Required Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and proven
ability to design and deliver solutions relevant to complex business
problems.

· Four years of .net development experience using C#
· Solid experience with the .Net frameworks version 3.5+
· WPF or WCF is considered a strong plus
· Strong analysis, design and modeling skills
· Strong knowledge and experience with message technologies (e.g.
MSMQ, ActiveMQ)
· Oracle – Middleware - Java backend work a plus
· Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies and
their effective application
· Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment supporting a business-critical production
environment
· Computer Science degree or related field

Job Purpose:
Our Accounts Receivable Services division is an integral part of our
company's success. The Team is responsible for assisting patients with
financial aspects of their hospital service and collecting outstanding
patient and insurance balances. The successful candidate will also have the
