Investment operations consulting managers will have experience in the following areas:

Manager: 

· Managers will lead and deliver large client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. 

· Manager level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. 

· Managers implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. 

· Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. 

· Managers can lead small engagements or components of large, complex engagements. 

· A minimum of 6 years consulting and/or industry experience is required. 

· A Bachelor's Degree is required. 

· 100% travel required

The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the leadership and management of the Marketing programs and Team. He/she is responsible for the out-bound and in-bound marketing activities, including product marketing, corporate marketing, and applications/solutions marketing.
 
Essential Functions:

IDEAL CANDIDATE: 
Approximately four to eight years of experience in marketing communications
experience in the financial services industry sector (a mixture of financial
services and technology sectors will be readily considered)
·        Broad knowledge and exposure to buy-side firms (such as hedge funds,
pension funds, fund-of-funds, asset managers, etc.) is a definitive asset
·        Bachelor degree from an accredited university in business, marketing or
a related discipline; alternatively, extensive and relevant business
experience/track record will be considered
·        Skill  with desktop publishing and graphics packages (e.g., Adobe
InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, CorelDraw, etc.) also a plus

Job Description:
The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing full
secretarial/administrative support for Human Resources including:
§ Ability to update spreadsheets (i.e.-temp spreadsheet, training
summary, drug screen spreadsheet, update Calendars as necessary-Training,
Benefit, Performance Review, update Open Position List, etc)
§ Ability to work with temp agencies to request new personnel, maintain

§ Schedule interviews, reference checks, background checks, set up drug
screens, ability to put open positions on career websites, corporate website,

§ Maintaining company organization charts on a monthly basis

as necessary)
§ collating, copying of materials as necessary
§ follow up on information due to HR (i.e. performance reviews, benefit

§ Small project work as directed by the Human Resources Manager

Job Qualifications:
§ Strong computer skills with programs like Org Plus, Microsoft Office
Suite, ADP, etc. with specific emphasis on Excel
§ Proven ability to handle diverse workload and multiple priorities
§ Strong organizational skills
§ Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
§ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to
create memos/letters with minimum direction
