Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Software Engineer to be
responsible for design, development, administration and support of a suite
of applications used to monitor, report and help troubleshoot their website,
IT infrastructure and business processes in real time. Monitoring
applications run 24x7 and are critical to the operations of the business as
they impact MTTR and availability of the web site. Real time business
metrics and reports are used widely throughout the organization including
product heads and management.

The individual will interact and work with other senior technical leads and

Skills and Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with

The Director of Finance will support and report to the CFO and will be supervising a staff of one. Objective

Objective
As a Team Member within our 27x7x365 Unified Communications NOC, you will be remote support for a globally disperse client base. A team member must be able to multitask, prioritize and excel in a fast paced team orientated environment. Responsibilities

- Gateways: Layer-1 errors or failure – MGCP unregistrations – IOS configurations –
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unity server features, subscribers, call handlers, call routing rules, etc.
- Troubleshoot IPCC Express call failures, scripting errors, failovers, CTI unregistrations, etc.
Use our in-house proactive monitoring tools to trend chronic issues that can include the following:
- High CPU utilization
- Low physical memory availability
- T1/E1 failures

Additional tasks include the following:
- Update trouble tickets and client with notes, action plans and status updates in a timely manner

Listed below are the upcoming August 2012 Networking Events. All meetings are open to the public, plus you are welcome and strongly encouraged to attend.

Many of the organizations listed below offer networking meetings that convene monthly, semi-monthly, or weekly. Try to attend at least one or two meetings a week. Many of these groups meet in the evening, so it will not take time away from your daily job search activities. Plus, they have interesting speakers who offer valuable tips on: 1) Branding, 2) Resume preparation, 3) Effective job search techniques, 4) Interviewing, 5) Post Interview Follow-up, 6) Time Management, 7) LinkedIn, and various other helpful job search related topics.

Also, in order to maximize your network, try to attend meetings in different geographical areas, but especially in towns where you are targeting companies that you would like to work for. Not only will you learn valuable job search skills, but greatly expand your circle of friends. Who knows, the person you meet at one of these networking events may be able to introduce you to a hiring manager at one of your target companies.

This outstanding compilation of both Small Job Search Work Teams and Large Networking Groups contains 67 pages of information, listing hundreds of transition support organizations in the surrounding five states. Make it a point to join a few groups in your area; what you learn at these meetings will definitely help shorten your time in transition.

The Genesis Fund, founded by Dr. Murray Feingold and located in Waltham, MA, is committed to providing families and their children born with physical and intellectual disabilities and genetic disorders the support they need by bridging the gap between coordinated, clinical care and the services typically covered by health insurance.

As Executive Director, Erica will guide the Fund's philanthropic direction, with the specific mission of enhancing the major gifts program. She will work closely with the Board of Directors and development staff to increase philanthropic support in all areas including individual giving, corporate and foundation support, and special events.
