Discover Something New – Discover Your Personality Traits

How often are you informed that you did not get the job because “You are not a good fit for this position?” Although you know the words "good fit" is a decidedly subjective decision, you also know that you need to make a more persuasive appearance before the next interview. How to do that?  Well, one sure way is to learn what drives your impression of others—and, just as important, their impressions of us. At tonight’s meeting, gain insights into your personality traits and that of others.

So, what we urge you to do before coming to this meeting is to complete the Keirsey Temperament Scorer at http://www.keirsey.com/sorter/register.aspx and bring a print-out of the results to the meeting. Click on the "TEMPERAMENT MINI Report" button for the free version of the results. In addition, for those of you who have already taken the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), you may bring your MBTI personality type as well. Again, this will be an interactive meeting, so please print out your score before coming. Hint: All the answers are correct, pick the ones that appeal to you the most. This will be a most unique and challenging meeting, so please register, answer, print your answers and come to the Library on the 15th.
