HR Payroll Specialist
Location: Greenwich, CT
Salary: $55-60K
Main Purpose:
Responsible for the administration and processing of all payroll and
benefits.
Function as liaison between sales, operation centers and finance.
Functions:
. Maintain employee files and payroll database.
. Process all payrolls including commissions.
. Preparation of monthly commission statements.
. Preparation of journal entries related to payroll and benefits.
. Administer all benefit plans including health and 401(k) plan.
. Establish procedures for new and terminated employees.
. Ensure compliance with all state regulations.
. Prepare and maintain all employee policies.
. Maintain Employee manual and ensure compliance by all galleries.
. Prepare and distribute policies to gallery personnel and enforce
adherence to such policies.
Managerial & personal attributes
. An appreciation of the sales environment and the role of finance in
supporting these areas.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Strong work ethic and team orientation.
. Ability to effectively utilize a PC and spreadsheet financial
modeling skills including Excel and Access. Microsoft Dynamics SL a plus.
