> Our client is seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer who will
> analyze, design, document, support and maintain the company's cloud based
> application and outsourced infrastructure. The successful candidate will
> perform network security audits and risk assessments of all information
> systems and manage information security policies, technical standards,
> guidelines, procedures, in order to achieve compliance with established
> company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practice information
> security controls.

> This is a fulltime permanent employee position in Madison, CT
>
> Mandatory requirements:
> * 4+ years hands-on experience with: Network & System Security,
> Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, Network Security
> Auditing, Security Event, Monitoring Computer /Internet Forensics, Red Hat
> Enterprise Linux Administration
> * Must have one or more security-related certifications (ISSEP, CISSP,
> CEH, GIAC GSEC, GCFW, RHCE, RHCSA, Comptia A+, Network+, Security+)
> * Experience with network security design based on industry best
> practices including NIST, FISMA,COBIT, HIPAA and Hitrust
> * Knowledge of computer forensic tools including Paraben, Encase, Cell
> Phone Forensics, or other internet history forensic tools
> * Experience supporting or managing Cloud and managed data center
> vendors (preferably Rackspace).
> * Knowledge of security and encryption (preferably around PHI)
> * System, Database, and Network Architecture experience
