This is a 6 month contract for a BA with 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within IT infrastructure services. This role is paying 55-75/hr w-2.
Business Analyst
Duties
Delivery of a number of detailed processes to ensure the success of the outsourcing Program and work with project managers, process owners, system owners, and other stakeholders to identify:
Prepare problem analysis gain an understanding of the issue, identify root cause for issues, and to develop potential solutions to address the root causes
Prepare analysis quantifying the impact of each issue to support prioritization
Document existing Request Management processes and existing end-to-end systems support
Design, document and validate new Request Management Processes addressing issues
Develop business requirements documents for information technology to support Request Management processes
Gather feedback on and gain approval for business requirements documents
Support technical staff during design, validation, implementation and testing of RequestCenter
request forms, Remedy templates, WebMethods and other web services system interfaces
Provide support during user acceptance process
Produce training materials for Request Management processes
Produce Desk Level Procedures for new processes
Support deployment of new processes and technologyGather feedback on and gain approval for BAU
Business Analyst
Experience required
Technical Competency:
5+ years of Business Analysis experience within IT infrastructure services
Proven process design skills
Strong communication skills
Strong gap analysis skills and attention to detail
Proven technical skills and ability to work explain complex requirements clearly
Proven Service delivery and Operations management
Proven experience working in different cultural environments
