·         Coordination of New Product systems. Organize and schedule purchasing responsibilities through each new
vehicle introduction. Meet with designers to coordinate drawing timing
and suppliers development timing; work to reduce supplier development
lead time. Identify requirements that involve new suppliers and work
with buyers to introduce and meet designers needs. Identify and
communicate risks to top management.
·         Raw Materials. Set annual contracts, monitor material futures and recommend hedging
possibilities to Business Planning. Develop and maintain relationships
with large material suppliers while working together to find ways to
reduce costs. Coordinate and implement VAVE projects from idea to
production launch. Support Production Control with delivery issues and
lead & report critical delivery issues.
·         System Improvement. Identify major bottlenecks within the Purchasing Dept. systems and
introduce new processes to improve performance. Control Purchasing
documentation and adjust as required. Support audits such as TS for
Purchasing Systems.
Requirements:
·         7-10 years experience in automotive Purchasing, with some experience in a Project Management role
·         BA or BS degree; Masters is a plus
·         Raw Materials background, esp. in resins and aluminum
·         Strong Microsoft Project & PowerPoint skills
·         Experienced negotiator with sole-sourced suppliers
·         Self-motivated and able to develop future strategies to improve Purchasing productivity
·         Willingness to travel, 10-20%
·        
Preferred:
·         Experience working in an advanced purchasing position (R&D phase)

Responsibilities will involve running queries in access to pull information
from one system, manipulate it and load it into another. The individual will
assist with the Access to Siebel load process by coding documents in Access

Key Accountabilities:

Create general and detailed specification requirements documentation for internal and external development organizations. Create and maintain visual models, including activity diagrams, business process flow and sequence diagrams when necessary.

Director of Sales - Risk Management Software will focus primarily on driving
new revenues by leveraging existing and
developing new buy-side relationships directly with Hedge Funds, Asset managers
and channel partners in the Prime Brokerage and HFA space. The goal is to
understand prospective clients' current front, middle and back office
technology and operational needs in order to determine the most effective way
to perform the required sales tasks.

Responsibilities:

* ·         Partner with Relationship Management personnel
that cover the existing PB and FA relationships and bring in Product SMEs to
help close business. Understand clients' strategic objectives and how the firm can
partner.
* ·         Develop, organize and maintain a centralized
database on assigned target accounts, including: pipeline opportunities,
contact management, leading and tracking campaigns for new services.
* ·         Work closely with all company businesses to
ensure the flow of information on new sales opportunities, upcoming resigns and
any significant issues that need to be communicated.
* ·         Develops strategic sales plan around the
identification for specific accounts in order to sell  company products  and services and maximize revenue
opportunities (25-30% of time).
* ·         Identifies new business prospects to establish
business partner opportunities, including cold calling activities, leveraging,
and internal relationships.

* ·         Attends trade shows, conferences, or other
industry-related events to help strengthen existing client relationships,
develop new ones, remain current on industry issues, increase awareness of
competitive offerings, and promote company products and services.
 

Qualifications Required:
* ·         Minimum 5 years' sales experience selling Risk
Management products listed above into buy-side firms.
* ·         Detailed knowledge of product requirements of
buy-side institutions, with a concentration on Risk Management software.
* ·         Strong knowledge of Pricing, Reference Data,
Accounting, Reconciliation and Reporting products.
* ·         Ability to travel (30%).

Project Manager in Supply Chain will lead cross functional OTC teams who are responsible for the management and execution of selected Supply Chain Projects and support execution of related governance and business improvement initiatives.
