Sr. Project Manager –
Manage all facets of large scale, cross functional, technical projects with broad scope to ensure deliverables are met within schedule and quality goals.
The role is of a technical PM. The PM is required to learn and understand the full end-to-end impacts of an initiative. Align dates and schedules across internal teams (Development, QA, and Production Support Teams) and external teams. Need to be cognizant of current projects already scheduled at that time, the priority of the project being introduced (time-to-market, revenue sales generation, and savings/efficiencies). Must be able to manage and track the project throughout its Software Development Lifecycle and resolve problems without impacting schedules or projects. Must have strong technical, communication and interpersonal skills. Must have extensive experience working with offsite team member and handling offshore resources. Should have prior experience as an analyst. Managing agile projects a plus. Release management experience a plus.

• Coordinates videos, brownbag sessions, townhall meetings and speaking engagements
• Supports IT Business Operations team with presentation deliverables for executive meetings
• Analytical skills required to understand high-level scope, lifecycle and status of projects
• Superior writing, presentation and analytical skills, plus demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
• At least 4 years of solid writing, communications or PR experience
• A bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or advertising required
• Requires extensive experience with MS Powerpoint, Excel, Adobe Illustrator
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to change in direction and/or strategy
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments
