Paralegal (1 year's exp., entry level)

Our client, a growing real estate development law firm with some
litigation, foreclosure and bankruptcy work, is seeking a full-time
Paralegal to join their team. The firm represents clients in both New
York and New Jersey and this position will report to the partner in
charge. Candidate must be professional, highly motivated, reliable, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
The paralegal will assist the attorney and two senior paralegals in a
variety of real estate-related tasks, and will be responsible for
tracking litigation matters. Additionally, some will and trust preparation will be supervised by the attorney.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· At least 1 year of paralegal experience is preferred, but our client is
willing to train new graduates and consider applicants with a range of
experience.
· Certified Paralegal is a plus but not required
· Bachelor's degree required
· Ability to work collaboratively with all departments in the company
· Superior communication skills – verbal and written with a high level of professionalism. Position will require an individual with ability to handle confidential information.
· Excellent organization skills with the ability to be proactive and prioritize in an effective manner to meet deadlines.
· Excellent attention to detail, judgment, follow-through with initiative and dependability.
· Strong working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Overview
Our client is seeking a Release Manager whose primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the release management lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating, management and reporting of releases across the enterprise for multiple applications across a wide array of teams, projects, break/fix, and service efforts.
This permanent employee position is located in Madison, CT and has Competitive base salary plus bonus, Health Insurance with HSA and 401(k) program.
Knowledge & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-6 years of previous release and/or project management experience
• 8-10 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development
• Experience in release and configuration management, release system automation
• Knowledge of software, system, and database build and deployment methods.
• Formal training in project management practices preferred
• Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
• Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must
• General PC knowledge including MS Office (expert level knowledge of Excel, working knowledge of Access)

Position Summary
Our client is seeking a SAP BPC & BI Architect who will be the focal point
of contact for the FP&A stakeholders and will plan and deliver top-notch
solutions aligned with the current and future needs of the group. In
addition to the FP&A function, the SAP BPC & BI Architect will have
responsibility for solution design, development, and support of reporting,
analytic, and planning solutions for the larger Global Finance function
including Accounting, Tax, Treasury & Shared Services. The SAP BPC & BI
Architect will lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC)
including business case development, project costing, requirements
formalization, solution design, development, testing, technical migrations
and production operations. The position will be accountable for the
performance and stability of the SAP BPC and BI platform in accordance with
defined service levels.
This is a fulltime employee position that reports to the Associate Director,
Business Intelligence.
Location: Waterbury, CT area
Relocation assistance available
Qualifications
* 10+ years of general IT experience
* 6-10 years SAP BI experience, BOE 4.0 is a plus
* 3+ years of SAP BPC experience, BPC 10.0 is a plus
* 3+ years of SAP BPC & BI deployment experience in global
environments
* 5+ years implementing & supporting business performance management
applications including budgeting, forecasting, planning, & consolidation
* Experience with global delivery models (onshore, near-shore and
offshore) preferred.
* Team leadership and mentoring experience
Education
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Master's degree preferred
* SAP Technical certifications preferred
* Project Management or Six Sigma or other process certifications
preferred
