MAP Program Coordinator

the client's Management Associates Program (MAP) is a leadership development rotational program designed to find the best MBA talent and position them to become the potential future leaders of the business. The MAP Program Coordinator will support the operational aspects of the MAP Program, The Summer Associate Program and the annual recruitment efforts, working alongside the MAP Management team to deliver a strong program.

Primary Objectives:
* Assist in the development of short and long term plans for the MAP Program, monitor progress and support evaluation of key talent processes during the year including, training, performance,
* Support the Director MAP Program and Associates with the administrative elements of running the MAP Program and Summer Associate Program.
* Support the MAP Recruitment Manager in all administrative elements relating to MBA level recruitment ensuring the recruitment experience is a positive one for the applicants.
* Coordinates the creation and tracking of MAP data to assess ROI across the program.
* Coordinate MAP communications plan according to program needs and capacity
* Liaises with MAP Associates and stakeholders when required to coordinate program events/tracking
Experience:
* This position is a Project Coordinator position that will also function as an executive assistant. The manger is looking for someone with a proficiency in Excel, can communicate effectively, demonstrate organization, and handle multiple stakeholders.
* The candidate will work with internal stakeholders while also working with the MBA candidates the program is focused at recruiting. Their writing and ability to communicate will be a representation of the program.
* This is an opportunity for the candidate to see the program end to end. They will see how the program selects talent, recruits, and handles the hired associates.
* With the right candidate and successful work results, this position may have an opportunity to extend past the current end date
Required Experience and Skills
* Excellent organizational and coordination skills
* Ability to work under pressure and work flexibly and on occasions beyond standard hours to get the job done during peak periods
* Proven oral and written skills with the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
* An ability to show a level of resourcefulness in working with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Northern Fairfield Professionals (NFP) next meeting is Tuesday, July 8 ,
2014.

Our guest speaker Paul Bailo will present on "Secrets of a Digital
Interview..Lights Camera Interview"

NFP is where people meet to expand their network connections, as well as
learn the tools needed to advance their careers. Business professionals from
all industries and career levels are welcome to attend our monthly meetings.

Our philosophy is to build reciprocal relationships where business
