I was hoping you would be able to point me in the right direction with a
referral because of your extensive finance / banking experience. I am
working on two contract opportunities for my global investment banking
client in Jersey City.
They are looking for:
(1) A Business Analyst who has MIS reporting / Risk & Regulatory experience
(2) A Data Analyst with credit risk experience to work on a credit risk
reporting system

contract position will be based in Jersey City NJ. The selected candidate
will possess financial industry experience, Risk & Regulatory MIS reporting,
superior communication and presentation skills and Business Analyst
expertise supported by Data Analysis and SQL skills.
Title: Business Analyst (Risk & Regulatory)
Job Description:
* Expert Business Analyst needed for Enhanced Prudential Standards
project for Risk & Regulatory MIS reporting and G/L reconciliation
processes.
* Requirements Elicitation, Gathering, Clarification, and Analysis.
Participate in the creation of Business Requirements Document. Use Case
Analysis and Documentation.
* Data Analysis and Documentation and proficiency in SQL.
* Create Functional/Detailed Design Documents.
* Ensure business requirements are organized and coherent for
application architects and developers to understand.
* Test Planning and Coordination.
* Ensure application meets business requirements.
* Create and Track Test Plans, Cases, and Scripts.
* Migration Planning and Coordination. Provide Project Support
(Issues Tracking, User Training). Create Application Documentation (User
Guide, Operations Guide, Training Manual, etc.).
* Familiarity with modern web application designs and concepts.
* Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
