I am currently serving a term on the HR Certification Institute Board of Directors, which is the accrediting body for HR certifications globally (e.g., PHR, SPHR, GPHR).  HRCI is a non-profit organization, an independent entity that has been around since 1976.

The Board recently approved the creation a new position -- Chief Marketing Officer – and thus I ask for your consideration and recommendation of candidates for this position.  The position will report to the Chief Executive Officer of HRCI, Amy Dufrane (who is
awesome).  Please share with your networks and refer any candidates to the Executive Recruiter noted below. I am also happy to forward candidates to the recruiter on your behalf.

This is an exciting time to join HRCI, as we recently launched a new brand and visual identity, as well as reinvigorated our vision, mission and strategic plan.  I'm happy to share more about that if your referrals have an interest.  Learn more here:  http://www.hrci.org/

Thank you in advance for any referrals of quality candidates!

Craig Stevens, Dr. Kathy Epstein and Nancy Kaplan, from Cabot Consulting are conducting the search. Their website address is  http://www.cabotinc.com/
