Overview of responsibilities:

Coordinator Responsibilities 50%
Lead execution of overall plan to implement sustainable DD process with Logistics Intermediaries
Develop and manage project with regions for review of LI's for annual and full DD
Act as Liaison to stakeholders
Ensure key processes and tools are developed (FMV, training , contract template)
Summarize reports for sector and cross sector management
Maintain central database of metrics and report monthly progress
Collect updates and reconcile to ensure accuracy
Complete reports required to support HCC
Document processes developed and used by the Core Team (DD processes)
Develop and deploy SOP's as needed

Tactical Responsibilities 50%
Fair Market Value (FMV) - Solicit fees for service from Logistics Intermediaries (LI) and conduct analyses to support annual submission of FMV assessment required by HCBI process
Assist Global Business Sponsor in completion of the following activities on annual basis (1/3 of all global LI's are reviewed annually for full Due Diligence )
o Distribution and review of context of responses from LI's of TPI Due Diligence Questionnaire
o Gather data necessary to complete Pharmaceutical company questionnaire for each LI
o Conduct background checks in World Check and Google per HCBI standard for each LI in scope for full DD review
o Ensure that LI's have completed FCPA training or equivalency (annual for all LI's)
Assist Global Business Sponsor in completion of annual LI certification template for those not on full DD schedule

Consults with: Office of Health Care Compliance; Regional leads assigned to project; leadership team

Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead program definition, planning, and execution of assigned
Program(s)/Hill(s), which are made up of multiple projects, ensuring
critical success factors are defined and monitored and the business
objectives are achieved. This includes:

* Defining scope of work and determining program plan and the
deliverables required for the Hill program success.
* Developing and managing an integrated program schedule and
monitoring and reporting on progress (actual vs. forecast) via the Global
Program and Project Reporting process.
* Defining and mobilizing critical program resources.
* Managing and monitoring program risks and issues.
* Managing budgets and producing monthly Budget vs. actual reports.
* Implementing company's Program and Project policies and procedures.
* Identifying dependencies and interdependencies between
Program(s)/Hill(s).
* Acting as point of contact of escalation.
* Proactively managing health status of Program(s)/Hill(s) to
anticipate risks and/or issues and proactively formalizing mitigation plans
in place.
* Presenting Program(s)/Hill(s) status on a regularly basis to senior
executives.

2. Champion project submissions for approval, provide end-to-end
accountability for the program(s) and the realization of the program
benefits to the budget-holding Executive Sponsor. Actively participate in
required Governance Boards providing approval, prioritization, progression
recommendations and overview of program delivery.


3. Determine the resource requirements for the Program(s)/Hill(s) and
assemble cross-functional program teams using a matrix management approach.
Plan and supervise the work of the program team to ensure effective
communication and coordination between all teams and team members. Manage
the program's resource utilization and resource forecasts and resolve
resourcing issues and risks.

4. Work closely with key senior Stakeholders to negotiate day to day
resolutions/issues and decisioning to ensure that the Program(s)/Hill(s)
meets the defined business needs and objectives. Communicate regularly with
and manage the expectations of all Program Stakeholders ensuring they are
aligned and understand their responsibilities, and that required signoff
have been obtained.

5. Identify dependencies and inter-dependencies between
Programs/Hills and coordinate between all teams involved in the project to
successfully scope, size and drive implementation of identified
transformation and growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:


* Minimum 10-15 years' experience as a Senior Program Manager on large
business transformation Projects and Program(s). This includes demonstrable
experience in:

* Leading multiple concurrent and interdependent projects, for a
sustained period, to achieve a successful and measurable outcome.
* Leading and managing cross matrix; multi-functional; and global
teams.

* Ability to govern Program(s)/Hill(s) and successfully meet goals
with tight deadlines/budgets and minimal supervision. Candidate must use
one's own initiative to provide robust and timely solutions.
* Strong interpersonal & leadership skills with heavy experience
working at an executive level and coordinating other senior level
multifunctional global stakeholders to achieve an outcome.
* Strong presentation and communication skills including ability to
effectively communicate ideas in both written and spoken form to executive
staff, business sponsors, managers, and technical resources in clear concise
language that is appropriate to the target audience.
* Strong consulting, facilitation and planning skills including
ability to workshop and translate strategy into actionable and resourced
plans.
* Significant line management experience including recruiting,
developing, performance management (including offshore teams where
required), as well as cohesively managing global teams.

* Strong leadership presence with influential skills when negotiating
day to day resolutions/issues and decisioning with key senior stakeholders.
* Bachelor Degree required, MBA preferred.
* Accreditation in a formal Program Management and/or Project
Management and/or the Change Management methodology, and experience with
project planning tools SharePoint, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project
Server preferred.

Client needs strong relationship builders with excellent executive presence,
as they will be interfacing with the C-suite on a regular basis. Candidates
should have experience (and be able to articulate) how to establish the
framework of a program

Job Description:
Known for its scientific and operational excellence, client is a leading
science-based biopharmaceutical company that discovers, invents, develops,
manufactures, and commercializes medicines for the treatment of serious
medical conditions. Client markets medicines for eye diseases, colorectal
cancer, and a rare inflammatory condition and has product candidates in
development in other areas of high unmet medical need, including
hypercholesterolemia, oncology, rheumatoid arthritis, allergic asthma, and
atopic dermatitis.

Summary:
This individual will work with the Infrastructure team to provide a broad
range of engineering, implementation and operational support. Must have the
ability to manage site datacenter with some degree of autonomy while being
responsive to customer requests. Projects involve the design, development,
testing and implementation of infrastructure (servers, storage,
applications, DR) systems. Operational tasks include server and network
monitoring, maintenance and administration.

Datacenter duties include the racking and cabling of new systems,
performing security audits and maintaining the look and feel of the
physical space.
Server duties will include operating system installation and configuration,
software updates, security maintenance and server monitoring for failure
alerts.
Virtualizations duties include managing multiple ESX farms to support
mission-critical applications. Responsibility for the performance and
capacity management, refresh and security of the ESX environment.
This position will also work closely with other areas of the Information
Technology group, particularly in the areas of requirements gathering for
new systems deployments and with Desktop Support providing third level PC
and Mac support.

This position will be very dynamic and require a person that is able to

Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Management
Experience designing, implementing and managing enterprise server solution
with high availability requirements

Client in Conshohocken, PA has an immediate need for a Load Tester with JMeter experience for a 3-6 month contract. Please let me know if you have any suitable candidates for this role. 

SUMMARY OF ROLE:

This role is responsible for load testing the API using conditional logic. This position reports to the QA Manager as part of a small team.
The client would like scripts to simulate the activities (with multiple steps) and load of thousands of users.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: ( ALL SKILLS ARE MANDATORY!!)
JMeter (at least 1 year) load testing
Understanding of Include and Module Controllers in JMeter
Familiar with building modulized scripts
Experience testing the API and rest services

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Familiar with JMeter plugins

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
