· 7 years installing, configuring, upgrading and supporting Red Hat
Enterprise Linux servers in an enterprise Data Center environment.
· 7 years benchmarking, performance monitoring, debugging and
tuning Linux systems for distributed projects deployed as multiple server
instances.
· 7 years networking experience integrating, supporting and
troubleshooting Linux systems in N-Tier firewalled, load balanced Data
Center networks.
· 5 years installing, optimizing and supporting Web related
software applications on Linux servers.
· 5 years installing, configuring, profiling, upgrading and
supporting Linux servers running as VMware vSphere/ESX virtual machines.
· 5 years of IT Service Management (project, service catalog,
change and incident management) interaction with customers, other support
teams and vendors on projects supporting 24x7 systems.
