Position Summary:

The equity trading systems team is responsible for providing solutions that
help trader and trade administrators to streamline trading process and
control operational risk. Members of the team play critical roles in our
firm's success by providing technology solutions which improve the quality,
speed, and efficiency of a highly complex industry with a sophisticated
client base. It is our strong belief that the tools developed by the equity
trading systems team differentiate us from our competitors in the financial
industry.

We are seeking candidates who will work closely with the equity trading team
and lead the development of the advanced suite of trading applications.

This individual will report to the Manager of Development for Equity
Trading.

Responsibilities:

As a senior member of the Equity Trading Systems team, this individual will
have the following responsibilities:

* Oversight of the technical design, implementation, testing,
deployment, and support of complex applications used by the firm's equity
traders and trade administrators.

* Active participation in the development of business requirements
for new capabilities, including a close working relationship with users.

* A contributor to the firms technical community helping to define
the direction for Architecture, development tools, delivery processes and
other SDLC disciplines.

* Team management responsibilities, including the recruiting,
supervision, and development of staff and consultant developers

* Interaction with other IT teams within the firm to ensure
effective integration with portfolio management and other pre-trade and
post-trade systems.

Required Skills and Competencies:

A candidate must possess the following qualifications:

* A solid software engineering background, including at least ten
years of hands-on development experience in a commercial environment

* At least five years of experience managing software development
teams

* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with business
teams

* The ability and willingness to work effectively in a
business-critical production environment

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills

* Willingness to work in an energetic, fast-paced, and
team-oriented environment

* The ability to work independently

* The ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

* Financial industry knowledge is preferred

Keys to this Position:

1. Technical Leadership: We are seeking a strong Software Engineering Lead
that can manage a development team of up to 15 resources (combination of
permanent and consultants with an onshore/offshore model.)

2. Technology: This individual will lead a team but will also be hands-on
with development and/or problem resolution. Client is primarily a
Java/Oracle shop but we are open to the technical background of the
candidate.

3. Domain: Ideally we would like to have a candidate with Financial
Industry experience. We are open to all candidates regardless of their
domain experience but they must be able to articulate to a reasonable depth
the business problems they were working on.

4. Delivery: Candidate must show the ability to deliver application
solutions to their respective business client.

5. Location: This role is based in Boston but the candidate can work from
Marlboro one day per week.

The Information Security team is staffing a senior solutions architect
position to fulfill a key role within the firm. The security solution
architect will identify security needs and problems across the firm, work
closely with architecture and other technical teams to translate the needs
into operational security solutions and ensure the overall success of the
solutions. The role is ideal for individuals seeking an opportunity to make

Prevention, Data Loss Prevention, Antivirus, Sandboxing Technologies,
Security Data Analytics, Vulnerability Scanners, Password Management
Systems, & AWS.

Candidate should have direct working knowledge of core technologies:

* Networking technologies (LAN, WAN, Routing Protocols), Server
Technologies (Linux, Windows, VMWare), Database Technologies (Oracle, SQL
Server), and AWS Technologies (Cloud formation, Firewalls/Proxies).

Non-technical Qualifications:

* BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related
field

* 5 or more years of IT Security Experience

* Certified Information Systems Security (CISSP) is strongly
