- 3 or more year's experience in a technical sales role
- Three (3) years minimum experience as a Technical Sales Professional
- Education- Four year technical degree; BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- Collaborative/Solution oriented sales approach.
- Sales Territory Management experience.
- Hunter/Closer
- High level of technical acumen with the ability and interest to learn about chemical additives and their application
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently without close supervision from a home office.
