Position Summary:

The Compliance Systems team is responsible for providing solutions that meet
our regulatory and client guideline obligations. This is a critical
function for the investment and trading process and helps to protect the
firm from investment errors. In addition, the regulatory environment is
under constant pressure and this team provides solutions that ensure the
firm is compliant and able to respond quickly to a regulator's request.
Members of the team play critical roles in our firm's success by providing
technology solutions which improve the quality, speed, and efficiency of a
highly complex industry with a sophisticated client base. It is our strong
belief that the tools developed by the Compliance Systems team differentiate

We are seeking candidates who will work closely with the Compliance team and
lead the development of the firms advanced suite of regulatory and client
guideline applications.

This individual will report to the Manager of Development for Equity Trading
and Compliance Systems.

Responsibilities:

As a senior member of the Compliance Systems team, this individual will have
the following responsibilities:

* Oversight of the technical design, implementation, testing,
deployment, and support of complex applications used by the firms compliance
business teams

* Active participation in the development of business requirements
for new capabilities, including a close working relationship with the firms
compliance business teams

* A contributor to the firms technical community helping to define
the direction for Architecture, development tools, delivery processes and
other SDLC disciplines.

* Team management responsibilities, including the recruiting,
supervision, and development of staff and consultant developers

* Interaction with other IT teams within the firm to ensure
effective integration with portfolio management and trading tools

Required Skills and Competencies:

A candidate must possess the following qualifications:

* A solid software engineering background, including at least ten
years of hands-on development experience in a commercial environment

The Cyber Defense team is looking for a senior security engineer for an
engineering and development role. Primary responsibilities will be in
engineering solutions to solve information security challenges. Likely
projects will be finding ways to combine and correlate data from multiple
sources, developing scripts and other tools to support investigations,

Position Summary:

Information Security is expanding the Risk Management team and is looking
for a highly motivated, technical Risk Analyst to be responsible for the
risk assessment portion of the Risk Management program. This individual
