·         Contributed to Sales & Marketing (Sales & Marketing Background on the Technology side)

·         Solid Application Development background
·         Solid Infrastructure Background

THE POSITION
Leading transformative IT Business Programs, the IT Program Manager will lead projects/ programs simultaneously and will be accountable for the program strategy, governance, communications, projects, schedule, resource management, budget and outcomes.  Programs will likely impact multiple business areas including, but not limited to: HR, Sales, IT, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Care
·         The Program Manager will report into the PMO Director, but will partner with Senior Leadership across the organization to define the program strategy, lead execution, monitor progress, mitigate risks and communicate progress
·         He/she will guide, coach and oversee the work of some Project Managers assigned to a Program and will have responsibility for leading both the technical and overall organizational change management aspects of the program
Ø  Program Strategy and Leadership (35%)
Ø  Program Planning and Execution (35%)
Ø  Program Governance and Control (25%)
 
Technical Competencies/Skills
·         Program, project and portfolio management best practices
·         Project planning (WBS, estimation, and resourcing)
·         Knowledge of Information Security Awareness; Systems, Applications, & Technologies; and MS Project
