Managerof Technology Transfer for growing specialty chemicals company near Newark, NJ.  The Manager is responsible for commercialization processof new products from R&D through introduction to the market. Interface with R&D, Sales, Marketing and other department personnel asneeded.  Manager will manage paperwork for the technology transferprocess.  Such paperwork will usually include product recipes, rawmaterial specs, manufacturing procedure, finished product specs, testmethodology and other information as needed.  Manager is owner of theQuality (ISO 9001) System process for the new products.  Manages the NewProducts Product Development meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering required.
- Three to five years of experience in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry is desired.
- The ability to move the new product commercialization process forward

- Minimum of two years' product development experience and knowledge of the ISO 9001-2008 quality standard required.  
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
- PMP Certification a HUGE plus
