Position: Manufacturing Director
Location: Fairfield County, CT
Salary: $100K-$115K (DOE)
Our client is known for their legacy in supplying state-of-the-art timers and process control products, and has become a global leader in the development and deployment of End-to-End ERP solutions for the food service industry.
Requirements:
* BSEE, BSET, BS Manufacturing Management, or BS Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
* 10 years as leader in an Electronics Manufacturing Environment.
* Extensive knowledge of automated PCB equipment particular SMT machinery/automated test equipment
* Knowledge of Engineering/Documentation/Manufacturing methods bills of material (BOM), inventory systems.
* Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement Activities. Green Belt level Six Sigma preferred.
* Strong knowledge of TQM with products integrating software/firmware/electronic hardware perspective
* Experience with wireless device manufacturing, test, and certification.
* Ideal role for an Assistant Plant Manager or Manufacturing Manager stepping up to Director level
