Job Description: Title: Salesforce.com Senior SME · Work with the Business, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders to define the detailed Business Requirements Documentation to support the launch and operations of SalesForce.com · Document the processes and use cases required for defining the system integrations and solution requirements · Provide subject matter expertise on all areas of salesforce.com being considered including sales leads, sales process, order entry and CRM · Schedule and conduct process definition and requirements workshops with the stakeholders · Support team by explaining business requirements as needed · Maintain the Business Requirements Documentation in the DOORS application · Develop Methods and Procedures documentation · Create Solution Summaries of the salesforce.com business requirements for the purpose of executive communications · Provide support of clarification of business requirements · Provide project plan updates and weekly status reports · Perform traceability analysis of requirements · Support change control process and documentation when needed · Review of System Requirements: · Support application teams during their solution requirements, design, and development phases to clarify business requirements as needed o Participate in final review sessions for system requirements for impacted systems (per solution outlined in Conceptual Design) o Review traceability of business requirements for alignment with the solution o Provide assistance for Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), Training, and Market Rollout activities
