The Collaboration Community includes a set of projects that center on defining business common languages and business best practices.
This attractive position will require the successful candidate to be responsible for the Project Management of such collaborative projects using project management practices and supporting tool sets.

Responsibilities of the position include:
• Have an understanding of the drivers & key requirements of the communications industry.
• Deliver project management for assigned projects relating to the above role description. Project management here involves scoping, planning, costing, resourcing, risk assessing and executing activities.
• Strong communication at all levels is particularly important
• Ensure good Project Management processes are followed
• Ensure work is executed in a structured fashion, with on-time delivery of program products to the required quality levels.
• Where required, assist in quality audits in line with best practices
• Act as a single point of escalation for the project team.
• Liaise appropriately with internal partners, external contacts & customers.
• Provide regular reports as required.
• As the project teams are resourced by members across the globe, it is important that the candidate have the flexibility to adjust working times to cater for the various time zones.

The position requires the individual to have
• Strong Project Planning & Management and Risk Management Skills
• Have the ability to multi-task across and manage multiple large and complex projects concurrently in a rapidly changing environment.
• Be highly committed, results driven and customer focused
• Have strong leadership abilities
• Have excellent communication and influencing skills
• The ability to interact across all levels of Technology
• Understanding of the communications industry would be an advantage
• Good problem solving abilities and ability to work on own initiative.
• Technical competence in Microsoft Office suite of tools, Project Management tools, community environments and ability to manipulate/operate new software tooling with basic instructions.
• Willingness to conduct foreign travel if required.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Degree in Communications or Computer Science or equivalent
• Project Management qualifications desired.
• 2-3 years Telecoms and/or IT experience in an international work environment

• Full-Time Position based in Morristown, NJ
• Base Salary – 75-80k
