Location and Travel: May be based out of their home but candidate will be expected to travel to locations in Latin America and Middle East as well as potentially working with the team in the NJ locations.

Job Description:
Telcordia is seeking a dynamic and business savvy engineer with business continuity planning and disaster recovery experience in a telecommunications service provider.
The specific need includes the ability to assess existing and develop new business continuity plans for carriers. This includes the knowledge of technologies, services, systems and processes that need to be maintained during a crisis. Knowledge of potential "disasters" in a telecom carrier is required. Knowledge of options for ensuring business continuity at a minimum and maximum level is required as well as the lifecycle of business continuity in a carrier.
Ability to write reports, create executive presentations based on the plan and create a well documented plan is required.
On-site work with the customer is imperative and expected.
Work will be performed over a X week timeframe.
