Job Description A major Service Bureau located in Roseland, New Jersey is looking for a Senior Project Manager. The firm requires A Consulting Resource Partner to progress the EDPG Operating Model (TOM)initiative.
Responsibilities:
This is a 120 Day assignment which will include the following:
Finalizing the Operating Model Finalizing the Functional Architecture Finalizing all Roles and Responsibilities Finalizing all Job Descriptions for all Functions and alignment to the Firm's Job Families Finalizing the Service Families and associated Products / Services Conducting an EDRG Resource Skills Assessment Developing Organization Structure and number of people required in each function by role Completing a Resource Gap Analysis Defining a Staffing Plan Executing the Staffing Plan – Assist in Recruiting Facilitating half day /full day planning session and presentation development for planning sessions Program /Project – Keeping the effort focused, Tracking and Oversight, issues, action item management Communication to key stakeholders and impacted clients Define the next 90 Days.
Skills Required Require the experience as a Senior Project Manager to perform all of the above.
Salary Range This is a temporary assignment for 120 Days which will pay up to $110 an hour Corp to Corp and less for W-2.
