I  am currently looking to
hire a full time web designer and front-end developer for our company,
DrFuhrman.com, with offices in Flemington.  Here is a brief description of
the skill set needed.  Please pass this along to anyone you think may be

We are seeking an
experienced and well-balanced designer and front-end web developer. This role
will be responsible for developing and managing web content for DrFuhrman.com.  Initially this position will lead the
redesign and restructuring of the existing website, blog, and another related website working along with an external agency. 

Skills required:
·        Proficient in
HTML, CSS, Javascript, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
·        Experience in
MySQL, ASP.net, C#, PHP a plus.
·        Skilled at
content management systems, wireframing, user experience, and testing.
·        Applicants
must be able to create and execute prototypes for web applications and experiences.
·        Must
understand how to create content adaptable to a variety of screen sizes, i.e.
mobile devices - phones and tablets.
·        Ability to manage
multiple projects under tight deadlines.
·        Knowledge of
current web-design trends and techniques.

Must possess strong visual, verbal, and written communication
skills.  Should have a well-rounded,
visually-exceptional portfolio that includes examples of well-crafted,
cleanly-coded, and thoughtful experiences.

Position Description  
Opportunity for a SAP Project Manager (Project Manager, Systems Design & Development).   Responsibilities:

- Manages all phases of the Quarterly Maintenance Release including planning, design, build, test, go-live, preparation and cutover.

- Provides day-to-day work direction to the Testing Coordinator but he has no direct reports.

- Understands and operates under budgetary guidelines and manages expenditures according to budget.

- Manages single program or portfolio of small to medium projects; responsible for Project management activities including establishing project objectives and scope, monitoring and tracking progress to plan, and managing resources/assignments.

- Manages project team activities within agreed upon scope, timelines, and budgets; ensures successful outcomes through proficient management of resources and timely resolutions of issues.

- Partners with peers when coordinating initiatives across IS functions; secures the involvement and participation of other IS organizations, as needed, to deliver high quality application solutions and support.

- Manages vendor performance and contract compliance.

- Advocates and enforces applicable standards, policies, procedures, and best practices in the implementation and/or maintenance of application or application modules.
Position Requirements  
- Minimum of 6 years related professional experience.

- Minimum of 3 years related ERP Project Management experience.

- PMP or other Project Management Certification is desired.

- Managed a project team through 2 or more ERP implementations and/or upgrades.

- Ability to build relationships and manage key vendors.

- Ability to manage and coordinate all facets of the System and Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Ability to support a multi-site, multi-country customer base.

- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.

- Must know what satisfies customers and make customer satisfaction a high priority for self and team.

- Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude â€" adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.

A qualified candidate should have the following:
Description:
Project Manager responsible for executing large, complex information technology projects; with up to 15 FTE’s. Directs, manages, and plans the day to day operational activities of the projects in line with the Project Management Office’s processes and procedures.
 
 Essential Job Functions

1. 60% - Executing the day to day operational activities to insure projects are being completed on time and on budget.  This includes project planning and communication, issue resolution, coordination of project teams, and facilitating all of the necessary budgetary items for executing a project.
2. 20% - Project Monitoring â€" Reviewing and analyzing all project activity related reporting as a pro-active measure to be on the lookout for early indicators of risks or budget issues.
