TWO OPEN  CONTRCT POSITIONS for a Talented Project Coordinator  for LARGE INSUR client in Jersey City - Chartis Insurance/AIG
Located at Exchange Place
 
Business Unit Primary Claims Info Services Group
Rate on w-2  is  $ 53 per hour to you
Duration budgeted for 52 weeks
 
 
Track progress of all directives coming into the Project Office, monitor progress and co-ordinate delivery dates
•Maintain financial controls and systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting of all project expenditure
•Fully support build projects including administration, organization of project meetings and minutes
•Organize and facilitate closure of project and complete benefit analysis at the end of the project
•Maintain existing departmental and Project Office policies and procedures
•Continue to update and improve project methodologies
•Produce periodic status reports for all levels of management
•Support all Project and Program Managers with day to day running of project admin tasks
•Review, collate, maintain and highlight changes to work plans
•Maintain checks and balances on project expenses and invoices
