[itroundtable] LEAD: PM - NYC - to 120k - Help Est PMO

Good afternoon. I hope you and your families are doing well and that your home was not too disrupted by the storm.

I have a great Project Management position for you to post if you can. Thank you!

The position is located in Midtown Manhattan . Salary will be 100K-120K. The group will be 3-5 people by early 2013. Currently there are 2 people in the group.

This person needs to be motivated, independent and flexible with the ability to work on small and large projects as well as help develop the PMO and methodology as the group expands.

This person will know PM, have strong basic skills in PM, have more diversified project management experience rather than be acclimated to web development, QA or a niche area.

Culture is important in a media environment; it requires less structure, more aggressiveness, flexibility and creativity than anything else. All Project Managers have great soft skills, I definitely need them here.

This candidate may come from but not limited to media, publishing, entertainment, technology or more of an entrepreneurial type company.

PMP not required but would be nice.

8-10 years experience
