In October 2012, our client relocated its Disaster Recovery Site from
Carlstadt NJ to Clifton NJ. Part of the relocation was the redesign of
Microsoft Exchange and the networking between the corporate headquarters
and the DR site.

The system is an *Exchange 2010* environment spanning the corporate offices
and DR data centers using network load balancing and replication to
maintain operation.

Since the relocation, the system has become *unstable and has dropped
servers, prevented mailbox access and lost connectivity in at least 10
instances. *

The purpose of this job is to perform an in-depth analysis of the existing
equipment and infrastructure to determine and resolve the root cause
problems.

*The candidate is also expected to:*

- *develop and implement best practice system design and operational
procedures*

- *fine tune the Exchange system & network monitoring*

- *develop statistical reporting for operational and management use.*
