Job Description: Candidates need to be local to NY/NJ/PA.

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires a bachelors degree in area of specialty and at least 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Job Description:
- 7 - 10 years relevant experince in IT business requirements and/or process design
- Ability to document business requirements and create use cases from requirements
- Experience writing use cases based upon unstructured documentation or business resource input
- Work with subject matter expert and Business Client to capture meetings, information, ideas, discussions
- Gathering, defining and interpreting business rules and requirements for writing use cases
- proactively communicate and collaborate with business customer to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Business Requirements Document Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs
- work independently with technical and functional stakeholders to define concepts and document requirements under direction of project management
- strong analytical skills
- develop requirements specifications according to the standard templates, using natural language
- collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to communicate and maintain the functional vision aligned to technical delivery

Skill Set:
Experience writing use cases and business requirements required
Experience in broadcast media space preferred
Additional experience with business process analysis a plus
Additional experience drawing business process workflows a plus
Additional experience as Human Interface designer for software UI

Days to be Worked Monday - Friday
Start Time (AM/PM) 8AM
End Time (AM/PM) 5PM

JobTitle Description: Candidates MUST be able to complete a Project based assignment through Deember 2015. Extension past this time is unknown. Some OT may be required and will be paid at the ST rate. Some Domestic and International travel may be required (10-20%).
 
DESCRIPTION: 
The successful candidate must have a detailed understanding of Supply Chain Planning and ERP systems. A working knowledge of the Manugistics Fulfillment application is required. Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred or supply chain process experience in other industries. The position requires a proven ability to work with a diverse user community in defining business requirements and incorporating the requirements into standard business process and standard application designs. Must be able to work effectively in a global, team-based environment across all levels of the organization with a diverse customer base including Information Technology, Business and third-party users. The candidate must have proven project management experience in managing multiple complex projects and also provide production support for the existing user community. A proven ability to communicate concepts and gain alignment across a diverse customer base is
essential. Experience in working with multicultural teams and the ability to build consensus is desired. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish along with the demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex issues clearly and concisely is required. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Manage the complete project life cycle for the Manugistics Fulfillment/Replenishment Planning application across the sites within the Pharmaceutical supply chain, which includes plants, markets, logistics centers, contract manufacturing teams and third-party suppliers. Detailed project responsibilities include scheduling, business process analysis/design/documentation, interface , training, change management, and post-production support. Also, provide application and business process production level support for the existing global user community. Work closely with the business to ensure that the application is setup and used as designed to assist in the successful launch of new products, transfer of products within the plant network, along with changes to the global supply chain network. Ensure alignment of all project activities that impact the other systems which are essential to the success of the global Manugistics application, including impacted
systems such as plant planning/MRP, market order entry, market distribution, warehouse management, data warehouse, international logistics and application integration business middle layer. Ensure that issues impacting the global business processes and application design are understood, documented, communicated to the business owners, and ultimately resolved in alignment with Pharmaceutical's strategic direction.
 
QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: BS degree required, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or related fields. Eight (8) years of relevent industry experience required, which can consist of Information Technology, Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing roles. Four (4) years Project Management experience required. Role uses Manugistics Version 6.1. will consider any candidate with 6.1 or higher.
