Job Title : Senior Business Analyst
Location: Bridgewater NJ  
 
Duties:         
General job duties are noted below. See attached file for detailed job description.
This Senior BA role will participate as a core team member within the Trial Management Tool Implementation (TMTI) project under the responsibility of both the Functional Requirements Lead and the TMTI Project Manager. In general, his/her responsibilities entail
 

Defining, building and delivering a solution that meets defined user requirements and
Coordination and management all IS related activities within the context of the TMTI project
Assist in the management of vendor partner relationship and joint deliverables
Collaborate with Unify-TM Business Analysts to ensure consistency and communication of business requirements and implementation strategies
Experience:
 

A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.
Strong knowledge of business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, and verification.
Knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures used in analysis and design.
Broad understanding of information systems theory and principles and their application to multiple areas of specialty.
The ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business; applies equal conveyance regarding business strategy and IT strategy, business processes and work flow automation, business initiatives and IT initiatives, and benefit realization and service delivery.
Excellent analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
In depth understanding of business processes related to the conduct of the clinical trials.
The ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues.
Experience in Clinical Operations for a pharmaceutical company
Experience with validated environments and the validation process
English (Fluent and Mandatory)
French - a plus

Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts - Works effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary team environment.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities.
Capacity to organize, interact and direct others' work efforts with tact and diplomacy.
Capacity to proactively assess decisions and their impact to project deliverables/milestones.
Capacity to perform activity/milestone planning and associated timelines.

 
Education:        
Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or related discipline or minimum 5 years of experience in a IT development/implementation project.
