My name is Dan Bostock and I'm a Recruiter at Diversant LLC.  You've received this email because the skills in your resume matched our search criteria for a Sr Project Manager in our database.  It is possible that you may not be best suited for this particular position, but we have multiple positions available in all areas and levels of IT where you may be interested and better suited.

Please respond if you are qualified, available, interested, planning to make a change, or know of a friend who might have the required qualifications and interest in working with us as we have an excellent referral program.

Title: Sr Project Manager
Client: Pharmaceutical Company
Type: Contract - W2 or IC
Pay Range: Negotaible
Length: 6 month rolling contract
Location: Whitehouse Station, NJ
Please read the job description carefully!

Job Description:
IRM&S is the IT group that owns the project.  It stands for Information Risk Management and Security.  Compliance is the business area who owns the project.  Any experience in security or compliance is a plus but not required.  The main interest is that the person is a senior level project manager, PMP certified preferred, who can manage an IT project from end to end.  The person needs to be able to interact frequently with the business leads as well as all areas of IT.  In addition, the goal is to have one individual take on the role of both project manager and business analyst.  The business analyst portion would be collecting, documenting and managing project requirements, writing test plans and test cases, and assisting our SV&T (System Validation and Testing group) and business  owners with the various stages of testing.  The ideal candidate will be very familiar with following SDLC, with experience working with Client SDLC a big plus.
Other knowledge of Client’s PM tools is desirable, such as SDLC and MSPS.  Would prefer someone with stronger PM and BA skills than Client knowledge.  This position requires an independent, self-motivated person who can keep the project moving for on time and on budget delivery.

The position is onsite at the Whitehouse Station location.  This is not a position that is open to remote work or working from other Client sites.  The role would require frequent interaction with the Compliance business area located at Whitehouse Station.

The resource would need to perform end-to-end project manager tasks and end-to-end business analyst tasks in support of a large Compliance project for IRM&S.  Resource needs to be proficient in both knowledge areas and available to start ASAP.  Client experience strongly preferred.  Requirements:  • Senior level Project Manager, PMP strongly preferred
• Experience working as a business analyst, documenting requirements, writing test plans/cases and leading testing
• Experience working with IT interfaces and databases following SDLC
• Proven ability to work extensively and effectively with business leads throughout a project lifecycle
• Project financial management

We are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions. Qualified candidates should Apply Now for immediate consideration.

Best regards,

Ramsey JSWT Members:

Listed below are next week's upcoming Networking Events. All meetings are open to the public, plus you are welcome and strongly encouraged to attend. Try attending at least one or two meetings a week, what you learn there will definitely help shorten your time in transition. Also, many of these groups convene in the evening, so it will not take time away from your daily job search activities.

Think of these meetings as opportunities, sort of like going to school, to learn something that can reduce your time in transition by gaining knowledge in job search and interviewing skills needed to excel and standout from your competition.

In traveling to these meetings, consider car pooling. Not only will it reduce the cost of driving there, but the friendly conversation will make the ride seem to go much faster.

Next week I will be distributing the list of Upcoming August Networking meeting. If anyone is aware of an upcoming meeting that you would like to share with the group, please let me know and I will gladly include it with my weekly updates. Also, if any transition support group would like to start receive this list to share with your group, please let me know and it would be my pleasure to add your group's e-mail address to the distribution list.

Thank you,

Tom Donohue
