· The Business Systems Analyst will work with business stakeholders to elicit requirements, analyze requirements, and create functional specifications for ERP enhancements and modifications
· Develop test plans and test scripts to be used in IT and business user testing
· Partner with development team to resolve programming issues and system defects
· Provide first line of support by trouble shooting user issues and managing system configuration requests
· Develop communication plan, materials, and conduct training on updated processes and changes
· Prepares business reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data sets to be used in trend analysis
Job Requirements
· Knowledgeable in all phases of wholesale distribution life cycle: Product Lifecycle Management, Sales Order Fulfillment, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Finance
· Prior experience in apparel/accessory industry or similar wholesale distribution channel
· Intermediate SQL skills
· 3+ years ' experience supporting ERP systems in a wholesale fashion environment (Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Blue Cherry, Sage 100, MAS 500)
· Strong working knowledge of SDLC
· String analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
