The position is responsible for providing executive leadership and strategic direction for North America business IT organization to ensure the organization meets its business objectives. This role encompasses a regional focus on customers and business user community. The Director is responsible for delivery of solutions to support the challenging needs of the business with optimal level of investment in business process, people, tools and technologies. She/he effectively leads and develops people and aligns process and technology in the pursuit of strategic business outcomes. The position is a bridge and conveys technology-related information and knowledge throughout the NA organization. This person is also a consummate communicator, influencer and builds meaningful relationships across functions. This person is a member of the Senior Management Team, drives IT planning and strategy, manages
budgets, and oversees all NA IT operations using dedicated and shared resources across IT functions.

Representative Responsibilities:

1. Collaboration and Influence

* Partner with Executive Team members to develop and execute the long term IT strategies and middle/short terms plans aligned to business objectives, strategies and plans
* Support the changing needs of the company and business unit to meet highest level of customer service, manufacturing and supply chain excellence and product quality
* Highly collaborative with stakeholders throughout the North America business, to ensure the IT vision and strategy is in line with the needs of the organization.
* Create innovative partnerships that span North America business and enterprise wide IT fucntions.
2. Information Broker

* Provide insight to support business decisions.
* Anticipate business needs and provide adequate and sufficient information quickly and efficiently.
* Knowledge of North America business, products and services.
3. Generate Ideas and Technology Solutions to Enhance Business Processes

* Oversee IT due diligence on new business applications and infrastructure opportunities.
* Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices and determine their utility to NA business
* Proactively gather internal and external business inputs and stakeholder impressions.
* Enable business functions and process to enhance their innovation and idea generation capability
4. Strategy

* Develop IT vision and strategy with North America business and Enterprise IT functions to meet overall business objective.
* Manage technology portfolio generated from technology plans that ensures technological alignment with the Company's NA strategic plan.
5. Leadership

* Align and build effective groups both within IT and across all functions.
* Provide leadership and direction to the IT department, including strategy for training and development of the IT team.
* Responsible for the performance, training and development of the IT Team.

Entry Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree is required, Master of Science or MBA is preferred.
* At least 15 years progressive IT management, with at least 5 years of senior leadership experience required.

* Experience addressing a wide variety of technology issues in an innovative manner.

We are currently working with a client located in East Windsor, NJ for a temporary to hire position. This individual will be responsible for assisting 2 Financial Service Consultants (FSC) with administrative support.  The position requires an ability to be multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, ability to cope under pressure, maintain good judgment with a high level of confidentiality.
Compensation: $15 to $17 an hour; once perm salary: $40 - $45K
Temp to Perm
40 hours a week
 
 
Responsibilities:
• Review pipeline(s) with FSC's & Loan Processor(s) to prioritize, update and remain current with estimated funding dates.
• Collect all documentation necessary for consumer loans. i.e., verification of income, list of debt, insurance documents (home or auto), payoff, full federal tax returns, proof of satisfactions from charge-offs, tax liens, bankruptcy, etc.
• Review terms with member to ensure loan closes; liaise with FSC if necessary.  If loan request is declined, review decision with member & refer to balance program.
• Meet daily with Lending ensuring receipt of necessary documents, follow up with member if necessary
• Assist member(s) when FSC's are unavailable (member appointment, BD calls, member drives)
• Manage smaller applications, such as credit card line increases, internal refinance, etc.
• Compose and submit correspondence (i.e., thank you notes) to all members from prior month's pipeline as well as all closed loans.
• Track weekly funding
• Participate in occasional Member Drives and Thursday Call Night to schedule appointments for FSC's.  Maintain FSC’s calendar within Outlook and schedule other appointments as needed.
• Answer/screen incoming calls in a friendly, polite and professional manner.
• Organize and maintain files
 
 
Qualifications:
 
• BA/BS
• 3-5 years work experience, preferably from financial institution
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• XP (Fiserve product)
• Strong customer service skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality
