*Position Summary: *

*The IT Project Management Office (IT PMO) was formed to function as the
independent central coordination team for ensuring that all projects and *

*programs within Infrastructure Technology (IT) department at Bridgewater
are well managed and that the goals of IT programs/projects are achieved in*

*alignment with expectations. *

*The Sr. Project Manager reports to the IT PMO PM Manager and is ultimately
responsible for the successful delivery of IT projects. The Sr. Project*

*Manager will need to manage projects at the goal level, holding the
project sponsor and project resources accountable to quality and timely
delivery*

*within defined constraints, or escalating if commitments are not being
met. The Sr. Project Manager manages relationships with multiple
stakeholders; *

*assembles and manages a cross-functional team; defines implementation
plans and estimates schedule, effort and cost; assess the quality of the

*manages progress, risks and problems throughout the project lifecycle;
and, ensures the customer's satisfaction with the final product. *

*• 7+ years of responsibility for infrastructure technology project
management. 10+ years of total related experience in infrastructure *

Job Description
Our client is seeking a Vice President of Finance to oversee Financial
Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function and team.
 
* Partner with senior management to prepare operational financial models and
support the business development/RPF cycle.
* Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts accomplish department
objectives, creating career development opportunities for the team.
* Take a lead and work closely with Operation teams, focusing on key
improvements in performance indicators.
* Oversee the creation of annual budgets and weekly forecasts.
* Manage and contribute to the monthly operational analysis, helping
drive bottom-line profitability for the company.
* Produce weekly and monthly reports on volume, sales, realization, and
other key performance indicators.
* Manage, direct, and coordinate the monthly closing cycle (i.e. updating
files, numerous accruals, and adjusting entries) in order to have a timely,
accurate, and complete representation of the financial results.
* Using the existing Operational Excellence structure, develop a roadmap
for improvement for the speed results of the Finance Team and provide all
needed data on a timely basis.
 
Requirements
* Bachelors Degree required; MBA or Masters in Accounting/Finance
preferred.
* Must have multi-site experience in a manufacturing and/or 3PL,
Distribution, Transportation environment a plus
