We are currently seeking a Director of Infrastructure & Solution Development. The Director will lead the Server and Storage organization. This individual is responsible for setting and executing against a global vision and strategy as it relates to computing services, storage, and related service offerings.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provides managerial, technical, and developmental guidance and support for the Server and Storage organization.
* Responsible for the global architecture and strategy of the computing infrastructure includes but not limited to Windows, Unix, and Linux Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Directory Services, and Backup Services.
* Facilitate the development, implementation, and adherence to global standards and strategy.
* Mobilize and implement project initiatives by defining scope, approving/allocating resources, managing risk, and maintain budget compliance. Ensures that technology is implemented with a direct understanding of how it will benefit the company's overall strategy and operations. Is responsible to ensure project costs and schedules are properly estimated and controlled.
* Support local infrastructure teams and individuals as they provide services and support to locations based on global standards.
* Will develop, implement, and maintain service levels and support ITIL processes which include: Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, and Change Management.
* Work across the IT and Business Unit organizations to obtain requirements, buy-in, and adoption of IT strategies, standards, operational plans, and processes.
* Develops and provides appropriate metrics to show alignment and compliance to computing objectives, IT goals, and SOX processes.
* Negotiate and optimize hardware, software and services/contracts to improve IT's cost effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications:

* 5 to 8 years of experience in an IT service related supervisory and/or management position
* Bachelors Degree in a technical or business related discipline
* 3 to 5 years of experience working in a global environment, focused on global computing services, including but not limited to Windows, Unix and Linux services, storage, virtualization, backups, and directory services.
* Experienced in preparation and conducting executive level presentations

* In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
* A strong proactive communicator who fosters open, productive dialogue across organizational levels. They strive to create an environment that encourages a vibrant exchange of ideas, and a process for keeping all stakeholders informed.

Overview

Our client is seeking an EDI Gentran Systems Analyst who will analyze,
design, and develop specifications and programming code for enhancements and
extensions with EDI application for a JD Edwards World A73.3 ERP system.
The person will work closely with business and trading partners to
implement, test and support EDI transactions and other implementation
initiatives.

This is a fulltime employee position in metro White Plains, NY area.

Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business systems, working with and
supporting EDI, including EDI systems integrators is absolutely required
* Proven project management responsibilities
* Experience working on AS400 (iSeries and/or 'IBM i')
* Experience in full-cycle project management/implementation
* Proficiency with Gentran (company currently on v 5.2.4)

Experience working with Census Bureau and having a strong

Systems
