* Minimum of 7 years of direct project management experience experience with large transformational initiatives involving time reporting, payroll and operations impacting a large user population (global, domestic management, and union associates) Experience with integration between time systems, Finance and workforce planning and management processes and platforms (e.g., scheduling, labor forecasting, field dispatching, productivity metrics) Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of turn around.
* PMP certification a plus
* 7+ years of experience in Project Management in the Information Technology sector Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

My global client in northern NJ is looking for a supply chain person with experience with ERP systems and the planning process. They want to upgrade their systems and they want an individual who can maintain data integrity, understand the process, plan for the change and lead teams. It will be a great opportunity for future growth. Company has good culture and excellent benefits. Don't get confused by the title, this is a critical position in the company.
Looking for a Supply Chain Analyst
• Manage Master Data
• Manage projects and direct teams
• Leading role in transition to new ERP system
• Support Process Excellence efforts by developing and
implementing KPI's to monitor, maintain and ensure system data integrity.
• Systematically analyze, administer, and manage master data
in our ERP system to ensure accuracy and consistency with the physical network.
• Perform data extraction, analysis, and performance reporting
for the supply chain organization.
• Help maintain and improve the systems and processes that
support the supply chain organization. Key current initiatives include MPS,
MRP, RCCP, and S&OP.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree and at least 5 years experience in a planning
function.
• Ideal experience from CPG, chemical, pharma, or food
industries.
• Experience with production planning systems
• Project management preferred
The position comp is $75-100k, bonus, depending on experience.
