HYPERION - Technical Application Support Analyst
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree and 2 to 8 years of experience providing all aspects of system support including problem diagnosis, problem escalation, and problem resolution. Qualified candidates must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills along with strong written and verbal communications skills.
Candidates preferably to have the following technical experience: (prefer as many as possible)
• Familiar with HYPERION Oracle EPM applications – HP, HFM, HSF, HFR
• Oracle Hyperion application patching/OPatch
• Windows server administration
• Familiar with SQL database
• Familiar with Hyperion Essbase
• Familiar with Hyperion FDM
• Familiar with Hyperion SmartView
• Knowledge of VB script
Will assist with support of all financial applications within the area of group support. This includes software configuration, deployment and problem resolution. Will provide basic level support of web and application servers in all financial systems environments. Will document systems configurations, maintain documentation as infrastructure, hardware, and/or applications evolve.
Additionally, will participate in the periodic patch deployment process, providing basic web configuration changes, while providing post implementation support. Will participate in technical design walkthroughs and testing requirement overviews in order to ensure optimum application set up. This position will assist in the resolution of all incident tickets and monitoring alerts to ensure maximum application efficiency and availability while assisting in the planning and execution for all new application implementations.
