Hope you are well.
Do you know anyone who a strong background in Total Rewards? Two opportunities-both greater NYC areas: Director-Total Rewards--comp, benefits, HRIS; US employee only, smaller organization around 700 total employees. Need someone who understands job evaluations, leveling, banding, salary structures...who can build what does not exist, design comp strategies/programs, annual salary reviews; oversee Benefits, must be strong in HRIS.
Theother is a contract position-6 months for compensation--definitely need a strong project person to put leveling in place, etc.
