Job Description:
Princeton Information is seeking a Web Applications Developer for a contract role at a Global Financial Services Firm in New York City, NY.

* Mortgage Risk team is delivering and supporting the requirements to Structured Products cluster in Market Risk Management. The candidate will work on Mortgage Risk application to implement new requirements related to web based UI. This role will need to understand the requirements, perform analysis, and design a high quality user interface suited for the business users. The system implementation has to follow IT Policies and Standards, as well as deliver functionality in a timely manner. The candidates will be involved in both development and enhancement of existing risk system.
* UX design and implementation of data driven javaScript based interface that allows intuitive transitions between summarized, detailed and tabular views of reported data.
Implement a partial port of existing functionalities from a windows client onto a JavaScript based client
* Can be required to: Work on year end regulatory commitments
* Experience in Javascript frameworks such as Angular, Backbone etc would be a plus
* Experience with HTML5 would be a plus
* Experience in Typescript would be a plus
* Strong UX experience (5 yrs.)
* Strong JavaScript development (5 yrs.)
* Extensive experience in designing and developing web applications
* Experience in designing and developing web services. Web API, Service Stack.
* Windows OS expertise is required
* Experience with complex and diverse data driven visualizations
* UX Design portfolio required
* Exposure to senior Risk Managers covering all types of projects.
* Deliver solution to the most relevant Investment Banking risk management issues.
* Work in Global IT team.

Responsibilities:


* Create new Lotus Notes databases
* Create/Manage database agents
* Maintain database template inventory
* Responsible for day-to-day support and maintenance of standard and in-house Lotus Notes database applications
* Design, develop, debug, and troubleshoot application issues
* Basic Lotus Notes administration and security

Qualifications:


* 3 - 5 years of Lotus Domino Enterprise development work on Domino platform
* Minimum 4 year undergraduate degree is required
* Understanding of Lotus Notes administration and security
* Must have experience with Lotus Script, C++ API, HTML, JavaScript, and @Formula language to support the third party and in-house Lotus Notes Applications
* Knowledge of Lotus Domino web development is a plus
* Knowledge of third party Lotus Domino Applications such as iQSuite, is a plus
* Knowledge of EMC SourceOne is a plus
* Knowledge of Lotus Notes to SharePoint migration is a plus
* Experience with Opentext - Metastorm is preferred but not required
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide project planning and tracking
