Overview
Our client is seeking a PL/SQL Software Developer who will be responsible for the design and development of a scalable Informatica architecture delivering data integrating, mapping, transformation, cleansing, and loading to Enterprise Data Warehouse.

This 3-month contract position is located in Stamford, CT

Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of significant practical experience in PL/SQL
* Strong SQL and Analysis skills with experience writing complex SQL queries
* 3+ years ETL working experience in Data Warehouse, Data Mart environment
* 3+ years of significant practical experience in Informatica PowerCenter, Metadata Manager
* Knowledge of data quality, data profiling and dimensional modeling concepts
* Must demonstrate the ability to analyze technical information and requirements to design and develop robust data integration solutions.

Job Summary The Director – financial, HRIS, and supply chain systems is responsible for providing direction for the creation, development, execution, maintenance, and support of all aspects of financial, HRIS, and supply chain business applications used by Keystone corporate and the USA Proteins division. This includes the creation of an application landscape vision and strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives. The application team has responsibility for the delivery of all application based business process functionality to all business units and business locations throughout the corporate and USA Proteins locations. This includes, but is not limited to application functionality, reports, views, interfaces, etc. The Director – financial, HRIS, and supply chain systems will need to stay in tune with the business and the changing dynamics of the business. This individual will need to have an in-depth knowledge of the meat
industry and its challenges. They will need to demonstrate a customer focused attitude and the ability to help sell new concepts and ideas to the organization.
This position will have a permanent seat on the Keystone Foods IT Governance committee. With this comes the responsibility of being a good steward of the company's financial and material assets as well as human resources. This is much more than just developing and adhering to a budget. It requires an understanding of the nature of the industry's and the challenges faced by a food company. It requires the ability to develop others and to help them reach their potential. This position is responsible for understanding and working with other IT leadership to translate the company's strategic objectives into IT specific goals and tactical initiatives.

Principle Accountabilities

50% The "Management" Criteria
Manage and set priorities for the design, development, management, and evaluation of all business systems and areas including financial, HRIS, and supply chain systems. The planning, coordination, deployment, & management of the business application landscape, and environment. Provide project management oversight and guidance that conforms to the standards established by the IT Governance committee. This applies to project teams, whether the project is internally staffed or managed via SOW or third party, Ensure the projects are delivered to scope, timeline and budget.
Manage the testing activities for all business applications' performance and provide performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining service level agreements with respect to master data setup and execution. Identify trends and root causes of problems and coordinate with IT service providers to implement the necessary remediation and process improvement plans. Establish key performance indicators and service level agreements for continually improving the performance of the business applications. Manage Global IT Assets including software within business systmes areas. Work as an integral part of the overall service desk activity in the areas of master data creation and adhering to and measuring against SLA's.
30% The "Vision Setting" Criteria
Responsible for the creation and execution of roadmaps outlining the technology strategy and the investments in business systems that will enable Keystone's strategic plans across all business areas. Creates the vision for the development, design/architecture, installation, analysis, and on-going improvement of Keystone's business systems. Works with the IT Governance Committee and other key IT leaders to Develop and maintain business system plans and priorities, as required, that align with IT and business goals. Reviews financial soundness of the area and makes recommendations to improve overall cost structure and effectiveness of business systems across the organization. Responsible for the planning and management of the area's budget.
20% The "Leadership" Criteria

Builds and maintains relationships with key leaders within the business for the purpose of understanding the business. Ensures that customer focus and satisfaction are key concerns amongst the business systems and service center areas. The Director -- financial, HRIS, and supply chain systemsshould assume a key role as a a customer advocate, frequently communicating with customers and managing customer expectations. This includes regular and purposeful interaction with all executive and management layers within the business. This job is responsible for truly understanding the technology needs of the business and delivering to the those needs while maintaining the appropriate level of cost to the business. This position is responsible for the development of the personnel within the IT department, and in particular the business systems application personnel. This includes successfully coaching personnel in their particular fields of expertise.







Knowledge and Skill Requirements
A. Educational Background
1. Minimum Level of Education Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Area of Specialization / Degree IT, Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing, or Management
Justification for Education if higher than a bachelor's degree
2. Preferred Level of Education Master's degree from an accredited college or university
Area of Specialization / Degree IT, Accounting, Business, Manufacturing Systems Techology related
