Title: Infrastructure Technical Lead/Senior IT Support Analyst (Network
Administrator)
Location: South Boston, MA
Overview
Our client is seeking an Infrastructure Technical Lead/Senior IT Support
Analyst (Network Administrator) who will be responsible for configuring,
maintaining, and supporting network and server infrastructure as well as
multiple cloud-based technologies. This position will serve as the
technical lead and mentor for a team of IT Support Analysts who are
responsible for helpdesk and desktop support duties. The Infrastructure
Lead will provide prompt and courteous support to employees on all
company-supported applications and systems by resolving service requests and
answering questions concerning equipment, software and peripherals.
Experience and Skills:
. 8+ years of experience in a similar infrastructure technical
lead or network administrator role supporting a mid-sized growing
organizations
. Advanced knowledge of switches, firewalls, routers (Cisco,
Dell)
. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and WDS
. Experience supporting VMware
. Experience supporting open source Linux platforms
. Experience supporting telephony systems such as Asterisk or
Five9 Cloud Contact Center
. Advanced knowledge of Windows 7 OS
. Knowledge of windows scripting
. Experience implementing MDM solution
. Experience supporting enterprise class wireless infrastructure
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education/Certifications:
. Four year degree in a technology or business related
concentration
. MCP/MCITP/CCNA certification
. Working knowledge of ITSM
Ideal Candidates:
. Have excellent customer service skills, true passion for
technology, and a spirit for innovation.
. Have an insatiable desire to learn new things and improve
oneself
. Be able to work in and be part of a faced paced high
performing IT team
. Be comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment

Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Oracle DBA who will provision and maintain the company's Oracle Databases to ensure optimized performance for business applications.
This 6-month contract is based in Stamford, CT or Trumbull, CT but will require visits to both offices.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• At least five years' experience in the development lifecycle and maintenance of systems/databases in one or more computing environment
• 5+ years of Operational DBA experience with Oracle RDBMS is required.
• Expert skills in database administration, SQL, and PL/SQL is required.
• Strong Unix operating system skills at the user level are required.
• Additional experience with MS SQL, MySQL or other database platforms is strongly desired.
• Experience in Oracle replication, Oracle advanced queuing and data warehousing is strongly desired.
• Experience in packaged ERP applications (Oracle; Siebel, OBIEE) is desired.
• Experience with Unix system administration is desired.
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process management is desired.
