Overview

Our client is seeking an IT Validation Manager who will be responsible for
developing the procedures and documentation to support the validation of IT
automation, and GxP and business systems. The incumbent will implement and
maintain a life cycle approach to validation, and support the system
maintenance and change control programs in accordance with GxP/SOX
requirements. This position will provide technical input on validation
requirements for IT systems in accordance with business strategies and
Quality requirements. The incumbent may direct the work of subordinate
staff, IT consultants/vendors to ensure execution according to GxP/SOX
requirements and approved documents.

The candidate should have excellent understanding of 21 CFR Part 11, ICH
standards, EMEA, GLP, GCP, GMP, GDP regulations, GAMP Methodologies and
general Software Development Standards.

Qualifications

* Experience in working in the Pharmaceutical industry
* 4-6 years of experience in Computer Systems Validation.
* Experience in creating and reviewing validation deliverables.
* Excellent Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, SOX and GxP
Regulations.
* Understanding of GAMP Guidance and Principles.
* Experience in enterprise systems like SAP, Learning Management
Systems and TrackWise.
* Knowledge of ITIL service management practices.
* Experience with Service Desk and Help Desk applications
* In depth knowledge of System Development Life Cycle development
methodologies
* Knowledge of current office software applications, IT methodologies,
practices, and techniques is essential. Ability to troubleshoot
hardware/software systems, and document impact and corrective actions for
maintaining system integrity and validation status, is required
* In-depth understanding of cGMP, GLP, and GCP regulations as applied
to the pharmaceutical industry, laboratory, and manufacturing environments

Education

B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific field
with 4-8 years experience in oversight of IT automation and validation in a
bio/pharmaceutical environment, or an equivalent combination of training and
experience

Team Manager, Regulatory Reporting & Revenue Management. Financial Services industry. Denver, CO.  Req.: Strong technical knowledge of regulatory reporting, 3+ yrs team management.  Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive brokerage and custody services to more than 4,000 independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and their clients. Additionally, the company provides custody, clearing, and other services.  The Team Manager provides expertise and daily support and supervision to a team of 6 to 10 associates. Responsible for Regulatory Reporting, Revenue Management and Client Invoicing, which includes Federal and State Tax Reporting, recipient Form 1099-R/1042-S production and delivery, Form 5500 filings, Paying Agent Services, revenue collection, and fund invoicing.  Key responsibilities:  · Ensure all deadlines are met to eliminate any regulatory penalties, client dissatisfaction or delay in fund revenue. · Oversee the completion of all federal filings including import of tax files into tax reporting software; filing of original and corrected tax files with the IRS through FIRE; completion of Annual Form 945 and Form 1042. In addition, ensure accurate and timely filing of state level reporting on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. Daily coordination with Treasury Operations to facilitate deposits of federal and state withholding and review monthly reconciliation of all withholding suspense accounts. · Annual review of Form 5500 filings. · Oversees Paying Agent Service product and the periodic payment processing for all plans. · Ensures all OFAC/CIP and FinCEN verifications are conducted and determined accordingly. · Oversee Revenue Management processes to ensure proper invoicing to the mutual fund companies based upon fund agreements and fee type; oversee quarterly payout to clients is accurate and paid within SLA. Responsible for timely and accurate allocation of all revenue to accounts each quarter and reconciliation to Corporate General Ledger for repayment of quarterly loans. · Oversees the quarterly client billing process including invoice generation and delivery, payment collection and reconciliation, processing of fee adjustments and/or fee waivers. develops and supports online and onsite payment transactions. The successful
candidate will define a vision, strategy and roadmap for global payments
capabilities, work with the development team to build and support solutions,

Skills and Qualifications

* BS or equivalent experience MIS, Project Management or Business
