My successfully growing Top 50 3PL firm is looking for a Sales Director for its variety of products…transportation management systems, managed services, intermodal, consulting, freight rate benchmarking, etc. My client is looking for candidates with a documented record of sales/business development success...a hunter and closer.

It is a fast growing company with an annual growth rate of 30% plus for past six years with an outstanding work culture.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum of a 5-7 year successful record of accomplishment in outside sales in the logistics industry; chemical industry experience a big plus
• C-Level selling ability
• Experience in selling technology solutions, logistics services or transportation consulting a plus
• Home office based; should reside near a major metropolitan airport
• Must be able to work in complex selling environment.

Travel will be 30--40%.

Competitive base salary, very good incentive compensation, expenses and generous company benefits. The position reports to a VP.
