| PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

| 1. Under the direction of assigned Strategic Staffing management, develops staffing plans, recruitment strategies, and acts as a resource for an identified set of departments/business functions during the employee life cycle to meet NJ TRANSIT business needs.

2. Responsible for filling positions at all levels in a timely manner and in alignment with Scorecard metrics.

3. Evaluates existing staffing levels, assesses departments' needs and recommends changes, screens applications and recommends candidates for further consideration, prepares and conducts behavioral interviews and facilitates candidate selection discussions and final hiring decision.

4. Consults with department management, and counsels managers on structuring and extending internal and external job offers and resolving recruitment issues/problems.

5. Identifies candidates' needs in order to properly promote the company and job offer. Negotiates with candidates regarding realistic salary expectations.

6. Interprets policies and procedures for client base, and counsels on adherence and exceptions. Develops and implements outreach recruitment plans to meet EO/AA hiring needs.

7. Monitors and tracks hiring activity, and provides recruitment status reports according to Strategic Staffing procedure to assigned Strategic Staffing management.

8. Identifies, coordinates and participates in recruitment marketing activities for assigned areas, including internet strategy, advertising, collateral, outreach programs, job fairs, college recruiting, networking, etc. Identifies and pursues passive candidates.

9. Oversees the use of search firms, employment agencies and advertising agencies to ensure compliance with NJ TRANSIT recruitment strategy and advertising parameters.

10. May serve as backup to assigned Strategic Staffing management, and acts in a mentoring capacity to junior recruiters.

| KNOWLEDGE
SKILLS REQUIRED:

| Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent, and six (6) years of recruitment experience in the Transportation or Service related industry. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and the internet. Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation, negotiation, coaching and interpersonal skills required. History of exercising good judgment required. Expertise in innovative recruiting methods including the Internet, and experience in working with contingency and retained search firms required.

Northern Fairfield Professionals (NFP) next meeting is Tuesday Dec 9, 2014.

Join us for an in-person, interactive panel discussion which will provide
insight on best practices for working with recruiters and corporations,
along with discussing hiring trends in today's job market.

NFP is where people meet to expand their network connections, as well as
learn the tools needed to advance their careers. Business professionals from
all industries and career levels are welcome to attend our monthly meetings.

Our philosophy is to build reciprocal relationships where business
professionals can exchange ideas, job leads, and build networking skills.

We usually have a guest speaker discuss a topic of interest for business
professionals.

Northern Fairfield Professionals (NFP) meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month
from 5:30 - 8 pm.

Networking from 5:30-6:00pm with a speaker presentation from 6:00pm to 7:30.
Networking until 8 pm.

Location: The Knights of Columbus building at Saint Rose in Newtown CT,
located at 46 Church Hill Road; behind Saint Rose church to the far left.

Please go in the entrance for Saint Rose church and drive in back of the
church to the far left.

The building has 3 garage doors on the first floor with the meeting room
upstairs.

Recruiter panel:

Join us for an in-person, interactive panel discussion which will provide
insight on best practices for working with recruiters and corporations,
along with discussing hiring trends in today's job market. The panel will
discuss the process used to screen and qualify candidates as well as
misconceptions that have surfaced in regards to the process. Other
discussion topics may include recommendations for candidates, social media
and networking.

Please come prepared with questions to ask the panel. Questions can be sent

Panel Members

Yauhann Billimoria is the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager for
Boehringer Ingelheim (based in Ridgefield, CT) whose responsibility spans
across all US Business Units. He has over 10 years of Corporate HR
experience with six of those years in the Talent Acquisition space. His
primary responsibilities include; TA Process Design, TA Strategy
Development, System Administration for the Applicant Tracking System and
Vendor Management. He is a resident of Danbury, CT and a graduate of
Western Connecticut State University.

John Barry, Owner and President of ITech Consulting Partners, has over 15
years of experience in the IT industry. Having been a former IT
professional himself, John founded ITech in 1998 and has since built a solid
reputation with both clients and candidates. John is involved in several
professional organizations, having been an active member of the Society of
Information Management since 2003. He has also presented to local
networking groups; most recently including The Schegg Group and Right
Management.

Victoria Castellano-Coogan has a background of over 20 years in recruitment.
She founded and ran former Danbury, CT based search firm, Avanti Staffing
Inc. for 17 years. Avanti specialized in placements of administrative,
financial and general recruitment professionals, along with placing higher
level managers- Controllers, CFO's Financial Advisors, etc. in later years.
Her expertise has helped guide potential candidates in creating resumes,
assisting them through the interview process and making suggestions to
direct them to the right sources for follow up.

Overview

Our client is seeking a SAP Business Intelligence Manager who will lead
discussions with the business to analyze reporting needs, configure and
model data into SAP BW and SAP BOBJ and develop reports in BI.

This fulltime permanent opportunity is located in Wilton, CT. Travel up to
10% and some off-hours shift work.

Relocation assistance available

Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement and manage the ETL process to bring data from SAP
ECC into BW.
* Develop and maintain processes to access and load data from non-SAP
source systems
* Create and maintain data structures and process chain load
schedules.
* Work with the Basis and Network teams to analyze and tune the BI
environment.
* Build and enhance BI reports and dashboards.
* Conduct user requirements gathering and documentation designs;
develop functional and technical specifications, and complete object
development and testing.
* Design and execute testing plans to validate the data loading
process, data integrity and that report data elements are meeting business
requirements.
* Work with end users to prioritize and manage completion of support
tickets. Track and report BI support metrics.
* Manage projects and resources assigned through the full project
lifecycle.
* Document and control all changes made to productions systems via
change control process.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree

* 7+ years of experience data processing and modeling and report
development in SAP BW/BI version 3.5 or higher.

* 1 year of experience on SAP BI 7.0 is desired.

* Knowledge of core SAP Modules (SD, MM, FICO, PP, and QM)

* In-depth knowledge of SAP BW Data Architecture.

* Strong systems architecture and design skills.

* Knowledge and experience with data warehouse logical modeling Star
Schema, Fact, Dimension, Snow-flake, Lookup, Staging, cube

* Experience with BI Administrator Workbench

* Two or more full project life cycle SAP implementations including
blueprinting, design of the data warehouse architecture, data structure and
report development, testing, end user training and post implementation
support.

* Understanding and use of SDLC methodology good practice.

* Experience with business case development, project planning and
estimation is a must.

* Knowledge and experience with ABAP Programming; Business Objects;
BPC v10 integration with BW are pluses.

* Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.

* Experience working for a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company.
