Responsibilities:

· Design and implement a detailed go-live (deployment) plan that includes testing and acceptance, data migration, operations readiness testing, industry coordination, status and reporting, issue and jeopardy management, contingency rollback planning etc
· Manage the lead up and execution of nation-wide cutover event including multiple service partners and integration points: Governance and control, jeopardy assessment and management, C-level communications and status
· Heavy interaction with Industry players, including incumbent service provider
· Management and coordination of internal teams, all in the service of a tight Q-gate process (go/no go) and a smooth and successful cutover event

Required Qualifications:
· Strong leadership and teaming skills
· Good familiarity with IT technology and processes
· Good experience with system deployment, system integration and cutover projects
· Good Planning and Project management
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Understand risk mitigation and contingency planning
· Strong bent for quality processes and results
· Strong Customer and negotiation skills
· Familiarity with telecommunications industry and processes is a plus
· Ability to interface and lead industry activities
· Bachelor's in relevant technical discipline

Position Description:
Senior Project Manager

Keys to this position:

1. Project Management experience within Information Technology and Financial
Services (not a BA, and not PMO/program manager, need a hands-on IT PM
capable of project delivery)
2. Experience with Issue Tracking.
3. MS Project, SDLC & SharePoint.

4. Any Investment Banking is a plus (especially, CFO, Product Control,
Compliance, Regulatory, P&L, Financial Reporting)

Key Responsibilities:
Role involves leveraging solid project management skills to support Product
Control and Financial Accounting implementation projects.

Product Control are the Financial Guardians of the Bank's sales and trading
activities. Their function includes: Ensuring complete, accurate and timely
P&L and Balance Sheets, The independent validation of our trading positions'
valuations, Evaluating and integrating new products and businesses into our
financial environment and the provision of reliable and meaningful financial
information to Credit Suisse colleagues and external stakeholders.

Financial Accounting are responsible for: meeting Regulatory and Financial
Reporting requirements stipulated by the Bank and external bodies accurately
and on time, delivering independent financial control and playing an
influential role in the Bank's overall governance process.

This individual will be required to perform project management
responsibilities and manage SDLC+ deliverables across various groups within
a specific time frame in alignment with the Bank's project management
policies and standards. The individual will work closely with the Product
Control and Financial Accounting clients to understand high level
requirements and interface with multiple development teams to satisfy
business requests and assist with defining solutions. This role will entail
liaising with business units and IT groups to coordinate all of the SDLC+
milestones.

Project Management
. Coordinate SDLC activities and testing across multiple groups specifically
Line Users, PC Project Teams, Business Analysts and Development Teams
. Define the scope of work, project plans and deliverables
. Document assumptions and manage expectations if they are invalidated
. Develop and manage project schedule; Status tracking and reporting
. Creating and using protocols and templates for project planning/tracking,
status, issues/risks/actions reporting
. Preparation and distribution of Weekly/Monthly Reporting

Experience and Skills Required/Desired:

This role requires an experienced Project Manager who will be able to manage
all SDLC+ milestones across multiple team members and key stakeholders. The
candidate must evidence a proven track record working within Information
Technology, Finance industry experience preferred. Also, prior experience
with implementation of projects across a large and diverse stakeholder base
located in multiple geographies is required.
. Solid project management experience (Any PM Certification a plus)
. A self-starter, the candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong track
record of working both independently and within a team, using one's own
initiative to provide robust and timely solutions
. Ability to coordinate SDLC+ related activities across a large team of
stakeholders
. Ability to manage own work plan and schedule to successfully meet goals
with tight deadlines and minimal supervision
. Excellent attention to detail
. Experienced in creating project plans utilizing MS Project
