*Responsibilities:*

- The ideal candidate will not be responsible for coding, however, the
ideal candidate will oversee internal and external resources as well as
some legacy ERP support until the legacy systems are retired.
- He / She will manage multiple SDLC projects with both direct internal
and external resources and will ensure that milestones are kept. This
person will also have to have a keen eye towards change control processes
and scope management.
- The ideal candidate should be a visionary and take charge personality,
and manage resources to ensure that the firms stated vision of the future
is achieved within the next 2-5 years.
- 40% of the time will be spent managing the firms multiple ERP systems.
- 60% of the time will involve all other areas including people
management, project management and strategy.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related degree.
- 7 to 10 years of overall Applications Project Management experience
including budgeting and overseeing external and internal resources, and
third party relationships.
- Background as a hands on software developer is strongly preferred.

We are looking for someone that has experience with at least one of the
platforms, and has the aptitude and drive to quickly get up to speed on the
others. They ideally would have experience with similar tools from other

in the activities and concepts behind administering an environment such as
this:

* Ability to understand the system architecture
* Managing security and access control
* Coordinating and managing migration of artifacts (code, reports,
