Introduction:
We seek Mechanical Engineers (ME) to support our client's development of high-precision tight-tolerance components and systems for use in extreme environments in the military and aerospace industries.  Components include precision valves, turbines, hydraulics, and pump assemblies.  There are two distinct job descriptions:  (A) one position is focused on Mechanical Engineering Design for a variety of products meeting client specifications at agreed upon costs; (B) the other position is focused on Mechanical Engineering Design for cryogenic valves (operating at below -150C).  Our client is located in a beautiful part of New Jersey, 35 miles west of New York City.  A.      Mechanical EngineerThe Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing products that meet design, functional, material, and test requirements from the customer's component specifications, and at the established cost targets.  Requirements: •                    Design experience with a variety of valves and fluid control devices preferred•                    Knowledge of mechanical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic controls•                    Experience in performing analytical solutions using ANSYS or Pro-E Mechanica•                    Defense/aerospace experience a plus•                    Solid analytical skills are required: stress analysis, heat transfer, fluid flow•                    Ability to solve complex mechanical, static and dynamic problems•                    Ability to resolve performance, durability, and safety issues•                    Knowledge of modeling tools•                    Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and compressible flow  Education:  B.S in Engineering is required as a minimum - Mechanical, Aerospace, or equivalent. Advanced technical degree or significant experience is desirable for this position.  B.      Mechanical Engineer (Cryogenic Valves)The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing cryogenic valves (operating below -150°C) to meet customer's requirements and cost targets.  This is a lead engineer role with significant potential to impact the next generation of products.  Requirements: ·         Design experience with a variety of valves and fluid control devices used in low temperature applications is required·         Knowledge of materials and design considerations for lower temperature valves (CTE, Tg, Cp, embrittlement)·         Expertise to perform compressible and incompressible flow design and analysis for valves, orifices, and fluid systems·         Expertise with high pressure systems (at least 3,000 psig, preferably 10,000+ psig)·         Knowledge of mechanical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic controls·         Experience in performing analytical solutions using ANSYS or Pro-E Mechanica·         Defense/aerospace experience a plus·         Solid analytical skills are required: stress analysis, heat transfer, fluid flow·         Ability to solve complex mechanical, static and dynamic problems·         Ability to resolve performance, durability, and safety issues

 Position Profile:We are seeking experienced candidates with proven results to effectively perform CAD design initiatives within a defense/aerospace manufacturing environment utilizing PTC Technology, Wildfire 5.0 and Intralinks 10.1.  The purpose of this position is to provide conceptual design and drafting support for new valve development, including upgrades or derivatives of our existing product line. Working closely with the project engineering staff the designer shall be capable of interpreting industry standards, mil. Spec. standards and company procedures, develop robust 3D parametric models, create 2D fully annotated drawings open to only one interpretation, and provide leadership to other designers involved in the product development cycle.
Position Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for projects from concept through initial production in an integrated product development team environment.  You will also provide customer support, as required, during all phases of design, development, and qualification including proposals, release of drawing and drawing changes, design reviews, inquiries and occasional light engineering tasks. Requirements include:·         10 or more years working in a mechanical design/ product development environment for valve designing a must·         Current or recent position as CAD Designer or Senior CAD Designer required to be considered.·         Strong background in designing precision machined parts.·         3D Parametric part and assembly creation skills·         Proficient in GD&T·         Efficient at creating Assembly / Installation, and detail drawings·         Creating Engineering Change Notices for revised drawings·         Working knowledge of how machine parts are manufactured·         Strong knowledge of machine surface fits and finishes·         Electromechanical knowledge and hands on skills a plus·         Education/training appropriate for the position a definite plus  Qualifications·         High School Diploma, drafting school, associate's degree or credit towards an associate's degree required. A practical knowledge of fluid components, including sealing element designs, bearings and other mechanical elements is required.  Position Profile:The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) position is responsible to develop positive, partner-oriented relationships with members of Client's Supply Chain to continuously improve and monitor supplier performance through auditing and the application of quality tools and performance metrics. The SQE must be a self-motivated individual who possess the ability to analyze, organize, plan and prioritize assignments/tasks to achieve desired results. Introduction:
We seek Mechanical Engineers (ME) to support our client's development of high-precision tight-tolerance components and systems for use in extreme environments in the military and aerospace industries.  Components include precision valves, turbines, hydraulics, and pump assemblies.  The Mechanical Engineer – SpaceX On-site Representative will learn our client's product line at their Northern NJ facility for several months and will then relocate to serve as our client's on-site representative at the SpaceX headquarters in Hawthorne, California (near Los Angeles).  It is expected that there will be occasional business travel.  The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of high-pressure valves to enable a rapid training period at our client's facility.  Interpersonal skills are also critical to operate effectively in the SpaceX environment while supporting the design, qualification, production, and testing of valve products at our client's facility in NJ.  Relocation and living expenses will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.  
Requirements:
•                    Working knowledge of high pressure valves and fluid control devices is required, preferably including solenoid-operated valves;•                    Knowledge of mechanical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic controls;•                    Hands-on test and evaluation skills to assist in troubleshooting any issues at SpaceX before products are returned to NJ;•                    Able to quickly learn the design and operation of our client's product line;•                    Superior communication skills;•                    Space/aerospace experience a plus;
Education: 
B.S in Engineering is strongly preferred - Mechanical, Aerospace, or equivalent. Mt. Laurel Library holding resume workshop on April 17

Join career coach Alex Freund from Landing Expert for a resume tune-up and
LinkedIn profile workshop at Mt. Laurel Library on Friday, April 17 from 1
to 4 p.m.

Participants will walk away with knowledge about implications for resumes
read by humans versus the resume scanned by software, how to avoid common
resume mistakes that put yours into the proverbial black hole, the elements
that constitute an effective resume, and where to look for the right

The Infrastructure Architect is responsible for the ensuring that new infrastructure solutions are delivered consistent throughout the organization. · Address system quality attributes relating to infrastructure architecture, such as efficiency or availability, and recommend solutions

· Contribute to high-level estimates in support of business case development

· Ensure their adoption and usage Serve as technical point interface for infrastructure platform vendors, reviewing designs with the vendors where appropriate and driving improved service from these vendors where needed

· Establish as a trusted technical advisor with key internal and external stakeholders

· 5 years supporting high traffic ecommerce site ( Architecture, Capacity planning)

· 5 years' experience in full development life cycle and significant experience in delivering applications and architecture services in a production environment.

· 5 years' experience in the implementation of structured design and architecture processes in a corp. environment.

· 5 years' experience leading in the design and implementation of Development, Application, and Data architectures.

· 5 years' experience in the design of multi-tiered technology architecture.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

· Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
