Position Summary:

The Trading Data & MAC Applications team is seeking a highly motivated
individual to have an influential impact on the direction and use of BI
reporting technologies across its trading department. This is a significant
opportunity for a systems analyst to employ or develop a commanding
knowledge of trading data and workflows and to gain experience with several
BI reporting tools. This role requires a well-rounded systems analyst who
can collaborate with IT and business teams, communicate effectively across
all levels of the firm and vendor landscapes, manage multiple competing
priorities and help advance the next generation reporting strategy within
the trading department.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with Equity, Fixed Income and FX trading business
teams and IT stakeholders to define business outcomes, prioritize
deliverables and develop plans which are managed throughout the reporting
lifecycle

* Translate business needs into detailed business, data, and
visualization requirements and assist in the design and implementation of BI
reporting solutions that deliver critical business value to the trading
department.

* Work with report developers and QA teams, both on-shore and
off-shore, as well as vendors, to collaboratively solve problems and deliver
solutions

* Contribute guidance and oversight to the various phases of
testing and user acceptance

* Provide end-user support by resolving data issues, enhancing
existing reports, and ensuring the timely delivery of required reports

* Ensure adherence to established standards and processes while
proactively highlighting opportunities for improvement

* Work across teams - such as with middleware, database, and
architecture teams - to help coordinate design, implementation and support
activities.

* Advocate for the end user at all times and proactively manage
risk, impact and the user experience

Required Skills and Competencies:

* Minimum of 8 years of proven experience delivering successful
complex projects as a Systems Analyst

* Excellent understanding of Equity, FI and FX Trading data and
workflows. We will also look at candidates with a strong understanding of
complex financial instruments, financial markets and investment processes.

* Experience working on BI reporting or data warehousing projects
with knowledge of relational databases, SQL and BI reporting tools

* Familiarity with various reporting and data visualization tools
such as OBIEE, Tableau, Jasper a strong plus

* Proven planning and analysis skills following a standardized
methodology such as Agile

* Track-record of working with business stakeholders, engineers,
analysts, and infrastructure teams to complete and deliver solutions to
multiple business user groups

* Demonstrable ability to assimilate business and technical
concepts quickly

* Must be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal
supervision

* Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Bachelor's degree is required and an advanced degree is a plus

Position Responsibilities - Summary

For this position, my client is looking for an individual who can act in a
hands-on capacity within the team responsible for advanced investment data
products. These are key technologies used by the firm's Fixed Income
portfolio management applications.

This individual will be expected to take on moderate to complex projects,
initiatives and production issues that originate from our business or from
other application teams. It is expected that this individual will become
knowledgeable enough in this domain, both technically as well as from a
business perspective, so that he/she can take an active role in owning
important outcomes, solving complex problems or directing other team members
in doing so themselves. This individual will also be heavily involved in
designing, supporting, improving, and developing data validation and
productivity methods and processes within this area and supervising other
team members who are engaged in analysis, development, QA and support.

Specifically, this individual will acquire expert-level knowledge of the
product suite's functionality, design, interfaces, reconciliation and
validation processes and other important aspects of the product. It is
expected that this individual will become a thought leader and major
contributor to key strategic initiatives currently in progress such as the
Investment Book of Record project On a more day-to-day basis, this
individual will also be responsible for managing and coordinating production
releases and work closely with the product's stakeholders on release items.

Responsibilities:

* Work with QA/Analyst team members to oversee and approve their
work, monitor and promote quality of output, ensure that projects and tasks
are being performed according to standards and in conformity with business
requirements, and identify areas for cross training and knowledge sharing
among team members.

* This is a very senior role and as such, it is expected that the
individual will have a high degree of ownership over important outcomes such
as production stability and integrity. At times, this individual may be
expected to attend to urgent production matters during evening, overnight
and weekend hours.

* Some specific expectation for this role include advanced
financial instrument modeling, writing business requirements and design
specifications, representing our team in a senior capacity in several
internal Wellington venues, and providing solutions to complex business
problems.

* Establish and maintain effective client relationships and help
guide the team in setting priorities for completion of requests or
resolution of issues.

* Manage and facilitate implementation of business solutions aimed

Our technology convergence between end user computing, mobility, unified
communications and conferencing aspires to create a seamless and productive
collaborative platform for the firm's professionals.

The Conferencing Engineer works closely with end users, our real estate
department, AV/conferencing support personnel, third-party AV architecture
and engineering firms, and vendors to evaluate, design, maintain and manage
conferencing capabilities at the firm globally. Room designs are typically
targeted to meeting and presentation rooms, video conferencing rooms, and
auditoriums for applications including presentations, interactive

This role reports to the Manager, Service Center within our Enterprise
Technology Services organization.

Responsibilities:

* Engage in user, system and support requirements gathering and
analysis to provide design and architectural recommendations for
conferencing systems.

* Act as escalation point for all conferencing service requests and
issues across the firm.

* Collaborate within the IT team and other service providers in
recommending solutions for the firm's conferencing needs.

* Design and deliver audio, video and data conferencing solutions
including Cisco endpoints, TMS, Crestron control systems, integrated room
conferencing applications and cloud-based tools spanning mingle solutions to
high-end, immersive telepresence use cases.
