Job Title: Project Manager III

Duties: The primary responsibility of the successful PPM analyst candidates will be to support the Sanofi Pasteur project portfolio management (PPM) process to prioritize local capital projects, assist the team in reviewing and approving newly proposed projects, developing data to drive effective project selection and execution and assist the site units to utilize available capital for maximum impact to the business.

 

Responsibilities will include:

-Develop and maintain PPM and Overall project performance metrics -Support development then analysis of comprehensive indirect employee utilization data -Help maintain PPM +QDCI board -Evaluate performance to schedule and utilization data to identify capacity requirements in all areas and develop planning standards for projects -Work with management teams to help evaluate and propose projects to maximize capital utilization -Facilitate post project performance evaluation for lessons learned

Skills: -Strong analytical and communication skills with in-depth experience utilizing all facets of Microsoft Project, Vizio, Word and Excel.

-Ability to work with, communicate to and influence personnel at all levels of the organization.

-Strong financial understanding to collaborate with internal financial resources to facilitate the compilation and communication of overall project financial analysis.

-Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology GMP environment.

Keywords:

Education: B.S. Degree in technical discipline, MBA preferred.

5-7 years experience required with projects from medium to large complexity.

 

 

Job Title: Project Manager III

Duties: The primary role for the successful project manager candidate will be to work with project leaders and, if assigned, partner with in-seat project managers to implement a standardized approach to planning, scheduling and monitoring project delivery and performance utilizing Microsoft Project and Excel.

Responsibilities will include:

-Developing a MS Project schedule for assigned projects that will identify with an appropriate level of detail all required tasks and resources needed to drive projects already in progress to successful completion, on time and on budget as well as new projects from inception to the same endpoint.

-Ensure project plans include a critical path, document lists and schedules with an initial baseline for ongoing progress reporting.

-Create project documentation lists to monitor the timely creation, review, and approval of required documents.

-Provide schedulers with data to develop detailed integrated schedules for all projects and their related support resources to assure sufficient and timely project support.

-Complete standardized progress template for maintaining transparency at all levels of the organization.

-Where appropriate coach in seat project leaders and/or project managers in the skills needed to properly organize, manage and deliver a project.

Skills: -A minimum of 5 years of experience as an effective project manager in projects with medium to large complexity.

-Strong analytical and communication skills with in-depth experience utilizing all facets of Microsoft Project, Word and Excel.

-Ability to work with, communicate to and influence personnel at all levels of the organization.

-Sufficient financial understanding to facilitate the compilation and communication of project finances.

-Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology GMP environments is desirable but not essential.
